The episode begins with Chandraman and Yuvraj arriving at Padma’s village for their campaign. Chandraman approaches Pavan (Padma’s uncle) and brings up Padma in their conversation. However, Pavan immediately refuses to talk about her, saying that because of her actions, he has to hide his face in the village.
Chandraman then asks Pavan if he knows who misbehaved with Padma. Pavan replies that it was his own son, Yuvraj. Chandraman acknowledges that Yuvraj made a mistake by misbehaving with Padma but suggests a solution—marrying her. Shocked, Pavan questions what Chandraman is saying. Chandraman replies that this is the verdict of the people. Hearing this, Pavan praises Chandraman for his wisdom. Meanwhile, Yuvraj silently admires Chandraman, impressed by how well he has scripted the situation to push for his marriage with Padma.
Elsewhere, Aman visits Anjali and finds her dressed for the Haldi ceremony. He compliments her, saying she looks beautiful. Anjali, however, comments that this time, the Haldi ceremony feels real. She tells Aman that their marriage is truly happening now, but she feels trapped in a cage of lies, with her sister Gini holding the key. She reveals that she is only going through with the marriage for her sister’s sake.
Aman reassures Anjali, saying that once they are married, their relationship will become real. However, Anjali confesses that she never wanted to marry him or become the daughter-in-law of his family. Aman, deeply in love with Anjali, tells her that he would do anything for her. Anjali acknowledges that Aman has saved her life multiple times and expresses her gratitude, but she firmly states that she cannot marry him out of obligation.
Aman, understanding her feelings, apologizes and urges Anjali to leave. He tells her that she doesn’t have to go through with the marriage if she doesn’t want to. Instead, he encourages her to go and help people like Padma and Shivani get justice. Anjali, shocked, asks what he means and what will happen to Gini. Aman insists that she shouldn’t worry about anyone else and should leave. After some hesitation, Anjali walks away.
As she is leaving, Aman’s sisters stop her, noticing the tears in her eyes. Mehek asks if she had a fight with Aman, while Ishani and Mehek call out to him. Aman arrives just as Gini rushes to hug Anjali. Before Anjali can say anything, Gini and the other girls take her away to begin the Haldi ceremony.
Meanwhile, Aman, lost in thought, imagines himself and Anjali singing a duet during the Haldi ceremony.

Precap: Raghav invites Ganesh as a guest to the wedding. Anjali confronts Raghav, asking why he is insulting her father and reminding him that she is marrying Aman the next day. However, Raghav secretly thinks to himself that it will be Kavya, not Anjali, who marries Aman.
