The episode starts with Anjali asking Kavya if she wants anything. Kavya asks Anjali if she is Anjali and then says she is about to become the daughter-in-law of Raghav Singh Rajput. Kavya comments that Anjali has been “sold” for some money. She tells Anjali that they could have given her money too if that’s what she wanted. Kavya asks Anjali why she did all this and if she even knows what kind of mental stress they have been through. Anjali asks Kavya what about the mental stress Padma has gone through. She warns Kavya not to underestimate her just because she is calm. Anjali makes a comment about Kavya and leaves. Yuvraj asks Kavya what Anjali said, and Kavya, being arrogant, comments dismissively.
Anjali cries to herself, thinking about what happened. Ganesh approaches Anjali, and she tries to hide her tears and leave. Ganesh asks Anjali why she is hiding her tears from him and says that he heard from Stepney that Yuvraj has come. Ganesh says he wants to know what Yuvraj said to her. Anjali tells Ganesh he won’t be able to bear it, but Ganesh insists he wants to hear it no matter what. Anjali says history is repeating itself. Ganesh asks what she means, and Anjali reminds him how everyone called him a corrupt lawyer, and he could never overcome that trauma. Ganesh asks why she is bringing this up, and Anjali explains that the same thing is happening to her now. She tells Ganesh how Bhajan said that she has the same blood as her father flowing through her veins, and now she is being insulted as a corrupt lawyer. Sapna arrives, and Anjali tells her she hasn’t heard anything.
Anjali also asks Ganesh not to tell Sapna anything, as she just wants to be happy. Anjali asks Sapna not to take it to heart when people call her daughter a corrupt lawyer. She suggests Sapna take the gift Gini is offering her. Gini responds that it’s not called a bribe when a daughter gives something to her mother. Gini makes snide remarks about Anjali and Ganesh and advises Sapna not to listen to them. She accuses Anjali of trying to destroy her marriage under the guise of a case. Gini hands Sapna the documents and photos of a flat and asks her to look at them. Gini later tells Anjali that she has already lost, as she couldn’t bring justice to Padma nor win Abhay. Anjali questions why Gini can’t understand that she has no interest in her husband.
Ganesh lashes out at Gini, reminding her that she is the one who ruined Anjali’s life, and demands she stop blaming Anjali. Sapna asks Ganesh to stop cursing Gini, reminding him that he is her father. Gini continues to make comments about Sapna.
Nandini calls Gini and asks if she has shown the flat documents to Sapna. Gini confirms she did and then mentions she came alone, commenting further on the situation.
Meanwhile, Abhay is shown searching for Anjali in her neighborhood. Gini notices Abhay passing by her.
