Episode begins with Ram stops Niyati from following Abhimanyu. She tells him that it’s about Abhimanyu’s life so she has to go and leaves from there. She follows Abhimanyu and reaches the hospital. She finds Shayra there. Shayra also notices her and asks her that what the latter doing there. Niyati sees Doctor giving shock treatment to Abhimanyu and stops him. Shayra informs her that everything happening with Abhimanyu’s permission. She reveals that from last three days Abhimanyu taking shock therapy which shocks the latter.
Doctor tells Niyati that Abhimanyu approached him for treatment and he learnt that shock therapy worked for him in the past too. Niyati asks that why Abhimanyu choosed shock therapy. Shayra tells her that he didn’t want to create trouble for her because he understood that he is getting attacks frequently and shock therapy is best way to stop it. She says to her that he loves her so much. Niyati tells her that he would have choosed to not attend her marriage than tolerating this much pain. Shayra tells her that he knows that she won’t stop caring about him. She requests her to pretend like she don’t know about it.
Hospital staffs shifts Abhimanyu to room. Niyati recalls that how he proposed her ( Female version of title song plays in the background ). She holds his hand and cries.
On the other hand, Dinakar wakes up. He asks Manorama about Gajendra. She pleads him to not tell Niyati’s truth to Abhimanyu. He tells her that Niyati is their last hope and she is Abhimanyu’s wife. He says to her that destiny brought them together and he should tell the truth to Gajendra so he can bring his daughter in law to home. She pleads him to not do like that. Gajendra overhears their conversation. They gets shocked seeing Gajendra there. Gajendra recalls Abhimanyu and Niyati’s marriage and gets emotional saying that Niyati is his daughter in law. He asks Manorama that why she hided this truth from him. She tells him that Niyati also her daughter that’s why she can’t ruin her future.
Shayra asks Niyati that if she is fine. Niyati tells her that she don’t know. Shayra asks her that can the latter marry Anand after knowing this. She tells her to leave before Abhimanyu regains his consciousness. Niyati leaves the room.
Gajendra tells Manorama that Abhimanyu will be cured and Niyati’s future won’t be ruined and moreover Ram will call off the marriage after seeing them. She tells him that she met Ram already and he choosed Anand for Niyati. He tells her that he need to meet Ram and leaves from there.
Abhimanyu wakes up. Shayra tells him that he needs rest. He tells her that he need to leave for Niyati’s marriage. She convinces him to get some rest. Niyati overhears their conversation.
