Episode begins with Niyati asks Abhimanyu that is he doing fine. He asks her to leave from there because he don’t want to talk to her. She asks him that why he don’t want to talk to her. He tells her he is locked up in this room because of her and he regrets for meeting her. She reminds him that he only told her that they were destined to meet each other. She tells him that she didn’t believe him that time but now she believes that she met him to cure him. He tells her that he is feeling suffocated and asks her to unlock the chain.
She asks him to promise her that he won’t try to escape and they will unlock the chain for sure. He promises to her. She tells shayari to him and he smiles at that. She leaves the room and asks others to unlock the chain but Anand refuses. Abhimanyu gets angry after hearing that. Manorama supports Niyati so Anand gives the key to Niyati. Niyati unlocks the chain and he tries to harm her. Shayra gets shocked and she calls Sulochna and informs her about the attack.
Manorama asks Abhimanyu to leave Niyati. Anand injects Abhimanyu and the latter loses his consciousness. Anand tells Niyati that he already warned her that Abhimanyu will try to harm her and his decision of not unlocking the chain was right but she didn’t listen him. He taunts others for going against his decision. He tells Dr Sharma that treatment will happen according to him from now on. He asks Manorama to trust him and his treatment. Nitayi tells Anand that she knows that why Abhimanyu became violent. She informs him that they locked Abhimanyu and he was feeling suffocated that’s why it happen so it was not his mistake. Anand leaves from there.
Shayra informs Niyati that the latter’s parents waiting in Anand’s cabin. Niyati goes to Anand’s cabin. Sulochna asks Niyati that is the latter doing fine. Niyati tells her that she is fine. Her father asks her to stay away from Abhimanyu. Niyati glares Shayra for informing her parents about the attack.
Abhimanyu’s uncle tells Manorama that only Niyati can handle Abhimanyu so she should be part of the case. She tells him that Abhimanyu literally tried to kill Niyati. He tells her that Niyati didn’t blame Abhimanyu and asks her to talk to Doctor that they wants Niyati to handle the case.
Niyati’s father tells Niyati that he never took any decision on behalf of her but this time it’s about her life so he can’t take any risk. Anand asks him to not worry about Niyati because he won’t let anything happen to her. Sulochna asks Niyati to promise that the latter will stay away from Abhimanyu. Niyati promises to her. Niyati’s parents thanks Anand and invites him to house. Manorama gets shocked seeing Niyati’s parents and she learns that Niyati is their daughter.
After some time, Niyati tells Manorama that she will try to convince Anand. Manorama tells her that, that’s not needed and leaves from there. She gets glimpses of past. Abhimanyu’s Uncle asks her that did she talked to Doctor about Niyati. She tells him that they should shift Abhimanyu. They learns that Abhimanyu escaped. Anand asks Security guard to close the door. Shayra informs Niyati about Abhimanyu’s escape.
