Episode begins with Niyati asks Ram that what is he hiding from her. She tells him that he always asked her to focus on her job and suddenly what happened that he wants her to marry and why he is worried about her marriage. He faints which shocks others. She calls Anand and informs him that Ram fainted. On the other hand, Manorama learns that Abhimanyu waiting for Niyati. She tells him that maybe Niyati’s parents don’t want Niyati to take his case. He tells her that Niyati will come for sure at least for her patient.
Niyati asks Lata that why Ram’s bp increased. Lata tells her that it would have happened because of stress. Ram wakes up. Niyati asks him to not worry about her. He asks her to marry Anand. She asks him that why he is talking about her marriage again. He tells her that he is her father and Anand is not stranger and asks her to agree to marry Anand. Lata tells him that if Niyati wants then she can take more time to think. He tells her that he don’t have time. Sulochna wonders that why Ram is adamant like this. She tells Niyati that they won’t take any wrong decision for her.
Abhimanyu plays chess with Manorama and his uncle. Dr Sharma and Niyati comes there. Abhimanyu tells Niyati that he knows that she will convince her parents. Anand informs him that his and Niyati’s family fixed their marriage. Manorama and Uncle congratulates Anand and Niyati. Abhimanyu just stares Niyati. Anand offers sweets to him and asks him that won’t the latter congratulate him. Niyati thinks that Anand should not have announced like that. Anand begins tests for Abhimanyu.
Abhimanyu recalls the moments he shared with Niyati and stares her ( Title song plays in the background ). Manorama cries seeing Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu’s uncle tells Manorama that he is worried about Abhimanyu. She tells him that she can’t even imagine that what Abhimanyu going through right now because he liked Niyati so much and Niyati’s marriage news shattered him for sure and cries.
She picks her husband’s call and learns that he will reach Mumbai in few hours. She informs her brother that her husband on his way to Mumbai. He tells her that he knows that her husband will come for Abhimanyu. She thinks that how her husband will react if he find out Niyati’s truth then. Dr Sharma explains about medicines to Niyati and informs her that Dr Joshi will handle the case for some time.
Uncle informs Abhimanyu about his father’s arrival. Abhimanyu asks him to not talk about his father so the latter leaves the room. Niyati hears that and asks him to solve the issue by talking with his father. He asks her that why she is spoiling her life by marrying Anand.
She tells him that she is happy with this marriage and more over its her personal matter and asks him to concentrate on his treatment. She tells him that Anand is right life partner for her and she trust Ram’s decision. He tells her that she is marrying Anand for her family and asks her that when she will understand his love. She tells him that he is just a patient for her.
