Episode begins with Niyati tells Abhimanyu that he is just her patient and she is really tired of his joke. She warns him to not joke like this again otherwise she will leave the job and leaves from there. He recalls her words and also Anand’s words about marriage. Niyati tries to stop an auto and Anand stops his car near her and tells her that her duty time is over so now they can go for coffee date. She tells him that her parents must be waiting for her. He tells her that they need to talk because they are going to get married and she need not to worry about her parents because he informed them already.
She gets in the car and they reaches the restaurant. He tells her that he can understand that everything happening suddenly but he waited many years for this moment. He reveals that he never proposed her because he didn’t want to lose her friendship. He promises that after marriage too she will be his friend. He asks her that why she is not saying anything about marriage and if she likes someone then she can tell him.
Abhimanyu breaks the glass saying that Niyati just belongs to him. Manorama and others gets worried seeing him like that. Niyati tells Anand that if she liked someone then she would not have hided that. She gets surprised seeing cake. Shayra calls Niyati and congratulates her for her new beginning. Niyati cuts the cake.
Abhimanyu tells his family that he want to go to Nitayi. Everyone tries to stop him. Uncle asks Manorama to call Niyati. Anand asks Niyati to not use mobile until their date gets over and keeps it aside. Manorama calls Niyati but no response from other side and she informs about it to her brother. Abhimanyu gets more angry hearing her. Anand tells Niyati that like he said he will change himself for her. She tells him that he need not to change for her. He goes to park the car. She notices missed calls and leaves from there.
Ram and Sulochna gets shocked seeing Manorama in their house. Manorama tells them that she came to meet Niyati. Sulochna welcomes her and asks her that how the latter knows Niyati. She learns that Abhimanyu is Manorama’s son. Manorama tells them that Abhimanyu needs Niyati now. Ram reveals that he already knows the truth. Sulochna understands that why Ram agreed for Niyati and Anand’s marriage.
Niyati reaches the guest house. Abhimanyu tells her that she should not leave him and he can’t be just her patient and asks her to love him. Ram asks Manorama to forget Niyati and he can’t send his daughter to Abhimanyu. She tells him that she also saw them with Niyati in the hospital and stayed away from them but now Abhimanyu needs Niyati.
Niyati asks others to untie Abhimanyu. She asks him to calm down. He tells her that he can’t marry Anand. She reminds him that he promised to Manorama that he won’t hurt himself. He tells her that if she stayed with him then he will be cured soon. She asks him to take deep breathe and takes him to his room. She treats his injury and he stares her ( Title song plays in the background ).
Manorama picks her brother’s call and learns that Niyati is with Abhimanyu and she informs about it to Ram and leaves from there. Anand overhears their conversation and wonders that what is Niyati and Abhimanyu’s past.
