Episode begins with Niyati tells Manorama that from today Abhimanyu is her responsibility and she just needs her help to cure him. Ram comes there and calls her. She is about to take his blessing but he stops her saying that he didn’t came to bless her. He tells her that she will regret for taking this decision and she will return to him one day. She tells him that, that day won’t come because he didn’t teach her to back off. She says to him that she will return to him with Abhimanyu after curing him. She bends to take his blessing but he ignores her. She leaves from there with Abhimanyu’s family. She looks at Abhimanyu who is unconscious still. She recalls the moments she shared with him ( Title song plays in the background ). Gajendra asks his staff to not disturb him because he want to spend time with his son and daughter in law for few days.
On the other hand, Abhimanyu’s family waits to welcome Niyati. Niyati reaches there. Everyone smiles seeing her. Gajendra and Niyati puts Abhimanyu in the wheelchair. Gajendra takes Amma’s blessing and he tells her that he brought Abhimanyu’s wife and asks her to do Niyati’s ‘graha pravesh’. She tells him that she prepared everything. She informs Niyati that she only suggested her and Abhimanyu’s marriage when they were kids. She tells her that the latter proved her decision right by accepting this relationship. Devi does aarti of Niyati and Abhimanyu. Niyati’s ‘graha pravesh’ ritual gets over and she enters the house. Abhimanyu’s sister Vidhi wish to shoot Nitayi for her vlog but Amma stops her saying that let Nitayi get some rest.
Amma asks Gajendra about Abhimanyu’s health condition. He tells her that Abhimanyu is fine for now and Niyati will cure him completely. She gets worried because Abhimanyu keep escaping from house. Dinakar tells her that now Abhimanyu won’t escape because he is not single. Manorama introduces Buaji to Niyati. Buaji blesses Nitayi. Vidhi introduces herself to Niyati. Niyati notices one girl standing there silently and asks about her. That girl gets nervous. Maasiji tells Niyati that, that is her daughter Kamna. Dinakar tells Amma that if all the rituals are over then let Abhimanyu and Niyati get some rest because they must be tired.
Chandelier is about to fall and Niyati notices that and she pushes Manorama. She covers Abhimanyu to protect him. Everyone gets shocked seeing that. Chandelier hands in the middle and everyone sees that Karan holding Chandelier’s rope. Gajendra goes to Manorama and asks her that if she is fine. She nods at him. Buaji tells Nitayi that Karan is her son. Karan comes downstairs and scolds staff for their carelessness. Gajendra asks him to cool down. Karan tells him that he can’t let anything happen to Abhimanyu. Amma asks Nitayi to take Abhimanyu to their room. Later, Abhimanyu wakes up and asks Nitayi that who is she.

Precap – Anand tells Nitayi that Abhimanyu forgot her. Abhimanyu asks his family about Nitayi. She introduces herself as Nurse to him.
