The episode starts with Ali getting tensed thinking how to save his friends. He steps on a box and he is about to get killed but then steps back. Mustafa asks him whom would he like to save? He says he cant lose his friends so Mustafa says the pool only carry three people so he has to sacrifice his life to save his friends. His friends tell him not to take any drastic step. Ali says he cant put his friends in risk. He will save everyone. His friends tell him to save himself for his kids. Ali says noone is dying today. He imagines if he goes to save Zarifa then Garifa might die. He imagines if he runs towards Khusro then also Khusro will die.
Ali feels no matter which side he chooses he wont be able to save all. He has to leave this place before the sunset as well. He thinks he has no choice left but ending his life to save his friends. Mustafa says real protector is him who can sacrifice his life for people’s protection. Now it’s upto Ali. Saddam asks Mariam where she took him to? She says she brought him to this unknown place to kill him. She turns around with the knife but doesn’t find him. Nafi searches for Mariam. Saddam chokes Mariam from the back and says he knew about her plan. She couldn’t hide from him as he saw the pain in her eyes which she felt during her father’s death. Mariam tells him to leave her, she will kill him. Saddam says now she will handover her to the thieves.
Ali takes the risk and runs towards Khusro. He falls down with Khusro and a sword stabs him almost. He saves his friends at last and they all disappear. Mustafa says Ali failed in this test badly as he couldn’t take his life for his friends. Ali says he had the belief that he can save his friends so he did that. Mustafa says but he couldn’t sacrifice his life for them, but put them in risk. Ali says he cant take his own life. Mustafa says he cant get the Noor then. Mariam pushes back Saddam and fights with him. He says he raised her like a queen and now she wants to kill him. Mariam attacks him and the latter injures her. Mariam falls down and gets hurt. Saddam says he searched for her for a long time and now he got her finally. Mariam prepares to kill him holding the knife and Nafi calls her.
Saddam pushes Nafi and Mariam gets distracted. She can’t get up and Saddam ties her up. Mustafa says Ali is selfish so he can’t get the Noor. Ali says he is not old Ali who could give his life without a second thought. But he has the responsibility to save the whole Kabul from the thieves. He cant kill himself as he promised Kasim’s soul to take revenge for him. Mustafa realises he was wrong about Ali. Ali deserves the Noor and he can only defeat the thieves. Ali asks for the Noor from him and Mustafa holds his hand saying this is the Noor. Mustafa disappears and Ali gets shocked thinking his father is Noor only. Mustafa’s soul enters Ali’s body and the latter screams.
