In today’s episode, Anupama asks Adhya not to worry as Anuj is coming soon. Adhya gets a panic attack. She refuses to eat medicine. Ansh feeds medicine to Adhya. Adhya apologizes to Ansh and asks him not to hate her. She asks Ansh not to hold her responsible for Dimple’s death. Ansh says Dimple left him like Vanraj and asks Adhya not to leave him. He asks Adhya to get well soon.
Anupama waits for Anuj. She thinks soon Anuj and Adhya will celebrate all the festivals together. Ansh talks about Dusherra. Adhya thinks on the occasion of Dusherra her innocence will be proved. There, Titu decides to go back to Mumbai. He asks Leela to keep Ansh with him until he comes to take him back. Anupama gets emotional. Paritosh, Pakhi, and Dolly make a plan.
Adhya apologizes to Titu and asks him not to hold him responsible for Dimple’s demise. Titu consoles Adhya. He further asks Adhya to handle Ansh because, after Dimple and Vanraj, he hears her. Titu asks Adhya to take care of Ansh. Adhya asks Titu why he is going back to Mumbai. Titu says Dimple’s memories will haunt him. He decides to keep a check on Ansh. Adhya assures Titu that she will take care of Ansh.
Paritosh thinks to take Anupama’s signature on papers. Anupama lights a lamp on Dimple’s name. The police inquire about Adhya in the Dimple murder case. Anupama tries to prove that Dimple’s death was an accident. She asks who made the complaint. Anupama is shocked to learn that Dolly made the complaint. The police ask Anupama to call Adhya. Anupama says Adhya is innocent. Pakhi, Paritosh, and Dolly ask what Anupama will do if Adhya’s crime is proven. Anupama decides to take Adhya to the police station if Adhya’s crime is proved. Adhya overhears Anupama’s decision. She is shocked to learn that Anupama is not believing her. Adhya thinks Anuj will hear Anupama. She gets stressed thinking to prove her innocence.
Anupama requests police to understand Adhya’s mental status. The police ask Anupama to call Adhya. Adhya goes missing. Dolly accuses Adhya of Dimple’s demise. Anupama gets restless thinking about Adhya. She calls Anuj but fails to reach him. Anukush spikes Anuj’s drink. Anupama tries to find Adhya. Adhya escapes learning Anupama’s plan.
