The episode starts with Kinjal explaining Leela that the food she is giving Pari is safe and has nutrients. Leela keeps comparing old times and says till Pari is here she will eat food prepared by Leela at home. Kinjal says Pari to eat fast and then they will go to meet Anupama. Kinjal says even though Anupama comes there, she wanted to first go and meet her. Leela informs her about Vanraj’s restrictions. Anuj tries to console Anu and says he will buy gifts for her later. But Anupama gives her the new art book she bought for her which makes Choti happy. Malti Devi gets annoyed to see her plan failed.
Choti again sees all the gifts and feels jealous. Kinjal tells Leela that it’s wrong to stop Anupama. She says next day they will Celebrate Pari’s birthday and will invite Anupama too. She tells if Anupama doesn’t come, cake will not be cut. Kinjal says that they will celebrate with whole family. Anuj explains Choti how it’s Pari’s birthday next day so Anupama bought more gifts for her . Anupama tells her to say her and she will bring whatever she needs. But Choti rudely says she doesn’t need anything and throws the art book too.
Titu dances and recalls the recent incident about Vanraj doubting his friendship with Dimpi and notices her standing there. Anupama gives Choti cake and gems to decorate it. She does it happily. Anupama tells Anuj that she will go to meet Pari as it’s her birthday and doesn’t care about Vanraj’s restrictions. Choti again gets upset when she knows cake is for Pari. Anuj tells Anupama that he will answer back if Vanraj offends her. Titu tells Dimpi that he will return back to Mumbai and asks if he can keep in contact with her. Dimpi agrees to it and Titu takes a selfie with her before leaving.
Dimpi cries as she she sees Titu leaving. Even Titu cries coming out and acts strong. Vanraj inflates balloons and says its Pari’s first birthday so they will give huge party. Toshu asks Vanraj if he is still upset with them. Vanraj says he understands their decision but asks him to keep coming to visit them. Anupama prepares everything to be taken for Pari’s birthday and Choti keeps feeling insecure and jealous. Kinjal brings Pari for birthday party.
Vanraj tells Leela to see once and shows Dimpi standing next to Toshu and Pari. He says about getting cake from luxurious hotel. Toshu thinks no one knows Kinjal has invited Anupama and doesn’t know the reaction they will have. Anupama is excited to meet Pari. Choti sees the cake kept next to her in car. Vanraj introduces Dimpi to his boss and his son. Kavya asks Kinjal if she is waiting for Anupama and both hope she comes. Anupama remembers Vanraj’s decision and stops just before reaching Shah house. Anuj calls her and tells her to return back if her heart isn’t allowing her to go but she can go if her heart wants. The episode ends with Anupama thanking Anuj.

Both Anupama and Vanraj will place cake on table. Vanraj will taunt Anupama for coming without invitation. Malti Devi will say she hopes Anupama faces embarrassment there. Kinjal will tell that she has invited Anupama but Vanraj will ask her to send Anupama back. While whole family will Celebrate Pari’s birthday, Anupama will be alone .
