In today’s episode, Anupama hugs Anuj. Anuj asks Anupama why she didn’t call him when she was restless. He says he will come to console her. Anupama says she is clueless as to why she didn’t call him. Anuj consoles Anupama. He tells Anupama that Leela is serious. Anuj assures Anupama that they will not leave a chance to take care of Leela. He asks Anupama to wait for a new day to deal with the upcoming Anuj asks Anupama what she wants: tea or ice cream. Anupama chooses ice cream.
Hasmuk checks on Leela. He asks Leela not to leave him because he can’t live without her. Hasmuk asks Leela to wake up and fight. He gets emotional. Anuj prepares cold coffee for Anupama. Anupama likes Anuj’s effort. Both spend quality time together.
The doctor checks the reports. He tells Anuj and Anupama that Leela has blockages and needs proper care. The doctor asks to continuously monitor Leela’s blood. Anupama stands stunned. Kinjal and Paritosh bid adieu to the Shahs. Hasmuk asks Kinjal and Paritosh to take care. Paritosh says since it is an international flight, they have to leave early.
Kavya confesses to Kinjal that she will miss her. Kinjal asks Kavya to send her baby’s picture. Kavya assures. Kinjal and Paritosh meet Dimple. Pakhi and Adhik say good-bye to Paritosh and Kinjal. Paritosh and Kinjal bid adieu to Anupama. Anuj gave euros to Kinjal and Paritosh. Kinjal asks Anuj to take care of the house in Vanraj’s absence. Anupama gives advice to Pari. She asks Pari to learn Hindi and Gujarati along with English.
Leela asks Kinjal and Paritosh if they will go without meeting her. Paritosh tells Leela that she was sleeping when they came to meet. Leela says she was sleeping and didn’t die. Kinjal and Paritosh ask Leela to stop. Kinjal asks Leela to sit on the swing. Leela apologizes to Kinjal and Paritosh for scolding them. She gives essential advice to Kinjal and Paritosh. Leela blesses Kinjal, Paritosh, and Pari.
The Shahs bid adieu to Kinjal and Paritosh. Anupama remembers the past with Kinjal and Paritosh and cries her heart out. Anupama cries her heart out. Leela says that since everyone is leaving, she too doesn’t want to live. Paritosh tells Anupama that they have landed in the UK. Leela misses Kinjal, Paritosh, and Pari.
