Anupama 20th December 2023 Written Update on SerialGossip.in
The episode starts with a leap of the five years a guy carrying a bag goes and knocks the door of the house, calling out someone. The person inside the house gets all the vegetables the guy bought then gave money. The guy asks her to cook more chocolate so that he can give it to an old age home man whose birthday is. The person inside the house closes the door. The guy tells to himself that after all these years, not even once he has seen the person’s face inside, he leaves the place.
Here, Leela plays with Ansh. Vanraj looks busy in a phone call. Dimpy arrives there with tea. Leela troubles her, so her husband advises her. Dimpy scolds Ansh for not doing homework and also urges him to get ready for the school, but Ansh refuses. Both Leela and Vanraj take a side of Ansh and shut up Dimpy, which upsets Vanraj’s father. He feels since Anupama time the family members failing to respect their daughter in law. Vanraj informs both Kavya and Dimpy about the business meeting and orders them to make arrangements for it. His father suggests inviting Anupama, but both Vanraj and Leela refuses saying they have cut all ties with Anupama. Leela adds that Anupama not even disclosed her whereabout nor she checked upon them so they don’t have to give importance to her.
There, Anupama cleans the house and does the puja. She then records a cooking video of herself hiding her face and uploading it in her YouTube channel, which name is ‘Joshi Behen’. She then hears her knocking sound of the house door. She gets worried, wondering who it might be. Just then, she hears the sound of Devika. She gets relieved, so she opens the house door and allows Devika to enter the house. Devika gets surprised seeing the momentum, which she received it from the YouTube channel. She says to Anupama that her YouTube channel has ten lakh followers, but Anupama says to her it’s not a big deal that shocks Devika. Devika informs Anupama about her cooking and impresses many hotel chief chefs too. She then questions Anupama for not even having a mirror in her house and also not coming out of the house for the last 5 years. Anupama says to her that she doesn’t feel the need to do it. Devika shouts at Anupama for mourning about her divorce with Anuj for the last five years and also failed to take care of herself. Anupama defends her act, but Devika gets upset with her.
Devika shows an offer letter from a US hotel for Anupama along with the latter’s VISA and ticket. She encourages her to move to the US and start living her life. Anupama refuses, which leads Devika to order Anupama to accept this job offer and pack her things, then leave for the US. Anupama looks on
There, Vanya spoils both Leela and Ansh with gifts. Dimpy, Kavya, and Vanraj’s father become upset. Both Dimpy and Kavya say to each other about their decision not to go against Vanraj so that they can be with their child. Later, Devika meets Vanraj’s father and explains to him about Anupama’s state. The latter assures that Anupama will definitely accept the job offer. Meanwhile, Anupama is seen opening the window of her house.
Precap: Anupama gets ready to leave for the US. She meets a co passenger who shows her cooking video and praises her cooking skills unaware Anupama is the owner of it. Anupama gets happy.
