Today’s episode starts with Vanraj saying house belongs to Hasmuk but Anupama mortgage his property. Hasmuk stops Vanraj and says to latter him that he know where he is going. Vanraj asks Hasmuk than why he is stopping him. Duo talk with each other. Vanraj asks Hasmuk if he think even now that they should side Anupama. Hasmuk make Vanraj understand that if Anupama wouldn’t have arranged the money than café and dance academy would have been closed by now. He further asks Vanrja not to visit Leela as he will handle her. Vanraj gets irked with his destiny.
Leela vents out at Hasmuk. She gets angry on Anupama and Hasmuk for not telling to her about mortgaging her house. Leela says to Hasmuk that he took the decision along with Anupama and now they both will bring the house back from Rakhi else they will see her dying. Hasmuk sits mum.
Anupama along with Samar and Nandini discuss a way to return Rakhi’s money. She decide to overtime to arrange more money. Anupama decide to give private classes too. Samar says to Anupama that she is already doing more work. Anupama says that there is a relief academy and café is saved.
Vanraj and Anupama receives a news about Anuj Kapadi. Anuj send a letter on Hasmuk’s name offering 5 crores in return of his factory. Anupama shocked to learn about Anuj. Vanraj discuss with Shahs about the offer. Leela, Partiosh favours in selling the property. Hasmuk decide to call Anupama for the discussion. Vanraj says Anupama is not needed as because of her they are in trouble. Hasmuk says to Vanraj that if he think by selling the property can lower their problem than he can sell it. Vanraj gets happy. Hasmuk sit sad.
Anupama recall her moment and think about Anuj’s offer. Vanraj along with Kavya discuss about their future. Kavya makes a plan to use the money. Vanraj hope to crack the deal.
Nandini receives a call and she avoid it. Samar confront Nandini about the call. Nandini leave the place. Samar think about Nandini’s weird behaviour. Someone eye-upon Nandini.
Leela asks Hasmuk if he is upset because factory is getting sold. Hasumk confesses a little bit. He recall how his father hand over his property to him. Hasmuk adds he is happy godown will bring happiness in their children life. Samar and Anupama over hear Hasmuk. Anupama relate with Hasmuk’s pain. She gets teary. [Episode Ends]
