Episode starts with Vanraj singing “O Majhi Re song” but suddenly stopped in the middle. Advait looks at him, while Vanraj apprises Advait about the turmoil he is going through. He states that he can’t leave Anupamaa in this condition but she isn’t ready to accept him back. He shows his worry and questions Advait if he is wrong? To which Advait replies that he isn’t wrong but in their situation Anupamaa is right. He ask Vanraj to look from her prospective. Vanraj shows his interest in continuing his life with Anupamaa, whereas Advait makes him face the reality. He says that Anupamaa isn’t ready to accept him back and advices him to close his previous chapter in order to start a new phase of life with Anupamaa.
Here, Nandini takes Anupamaa to Kavya’s room. Anupamaa gives Shagun to Kavya and invites her for Nandini and Samar’s engagement. Kavya smirks thinking evilly and agrees to come to the function. She states that she always have to be happy for others, while Anupamaa assures her that soon she will get her share of happiness too.
Anupamaa along with Leela and Paakhi decorates the venue. Leela notices Anupamaa sad and questions her about it. Anupamaa tries to hide the matter but Leela keeps bugging her. At that time Vanraj comes there. Leela compliments him and orders Anupamaa and him to sit in the Puja together. Anupamaa agrees stating that it’s necessary as they are the parents. Leela looks at her suspiciously while Vanraj avoids her eye contact.
Kavya gets ready to go to the function and plan to do something. She states that she have already given several chances to Vanraj and decides to take the matter on her hand.
Further, Nandini and Samar comes there “Anupamaa title song plays” Everyone shows their excitement while Leela tells them about the ritual. She states that she will fulfill all the rituals in Samar’s wedding which she couldn’t able to perform in Paritosh’s wedding. Anupamaa keeps a mirror in between Samar and Nandini.
She then removes it and both see one another. They gets elated, whereas Anupamaa tells them about the importance of the ritual and ask them to be with eachother in all the ups and downs. Hasmukh sees them through the video call and tells them the science behind haldi ritual. Paakhi gets impressed hearing it. At that time Dolly and Kinjal comes there. Everyone gets surprised and welcomes them warmly. Kinjal hugs Anupamaa, while she blesses her. Dolly ask Vanraj to save Anupamaa anyhow, whereas he assures her.
Leela makes Nandini chants some vows to Samar. Ahead, Leela gives coconut and clothe to Vanraj and Anupamaa asking them to perform some rituals for the wellbeing of the couple. They both does the rituals together “Din Shagana Da plays” Everyone happily blesses the couple while Kavya sees Vanraj and Anupamaa together and gets irked. She determines to do something and glares them. Anupamaa remembers about revealing her divorce date to her family after the Puja and looks at Vanraj, whereas he sees her with longing. He feeds her sweets while everyone claps.
Ahead, Leela gives permission to start the engagement function, when Kavya comes there and stops them. She proclaims that they can’t proceed with the engagement while everyone gets furious at her. Anupamaa ask her not to create any drama. Nandini requests her not to mess her engagement, whereas Leela also scolds her. Dolly was about to lash out but Kinjal stops her. Kavya goes towards Vanraj and Anupamaa, she picks up some ingredients and takes off their evil eye. She puts it inside the fire and smirks praying for their divorce. Everyone gets shocked learning about the divorce matter, while Anupamaa and Vanraj looks at Kavya.
Precap:- Leela ask Anupamaa to choose in between her divorce and the engagement. Anupamaa dances pouring her emotions out and then falls down being stressed. Meanwhile, Vanraj lashes out his anger on Kavya and states that he won’t give divorce to Anupamaa. He determines to leave Kavya while she gets stunned.
