In today’s episode, Anupama says she now understands why Samar was apologizing to her. She says now she understands why Samar was thanking her and took a promise to take care of Dimple. Anupama says in all her births, Samar will take birth from her womb. She wishes to become Samar’s mother. Anupama asks Samar to smile. She says Samar left her after talking to her. Anupama calls Samar the world’s best son. She regrets not being able to tie the auspicious thread. Anupama ties the thread to Samar’s foot as her blessing. Dimple, Hasmuk, Leela, Paritosh, and others cry.
Anupama asks Samar to wake up. Adhik receives a message. Anuj asks Adhik about the message. Adhik shows the message. Anuj talks about Samar’s organ donation. Adhik explains Shahs. Anuj says Anupama and Vanraj’s permission is needed. Leela says they don’t want to do Samar’s organ. She says Samar will not go half-body from this world. Dimple allows organ donation. She says that they will be able to feel Samar’s presence in another boy who is struggling for a life. Dimple says they should do the donation. Anupama agrees with Dimple. She decides to save someone’s life.
Hasmuk preaches organ donation. He says everyone should do that. Vanraj says if Anupama is ready, he will sign too. Vanraj and Anupama remember the past with Samar. Both sign an organ donation form. Anuj decides to call the doctor for the donation before Samar’s last rite. He drops Sonu’s bracelet.
Paritosh identifies the bracelet. Vanraj remembers Anuj’s fight with Sonu. Anuj stands shocked. Paritosh says Vanraj is not right. Vanraj says Anupama’s husband, Anuj, took Samar’s life. He thrashes Anuj. Paritosh asks Vanraj to calm down. Leela asks Vanraj to explain what he is saying. Kavya refuses to believe. Vanraj tells about Anuj and Sonu’s fight. He says if Anuj had kept calm, they wouldn’t have lost Samar.
Vanraj says Anuj destroyed Dimple’s house. Anupama stares at Anuj. Vanraj says Sonu shot a bullet at Anuj, but Samar came in between. Anuj tries to explain that he is not responsible for Samar’s death. He says he was clueless that Sonu was carrying a gun. Anuj apologizes. He asks Vanraj not to blame him for Samar’s death.
