Episode begins with Anupamaa’s family shocks seeing Vanraj in their house, seeing their reaction Anupamaa says it’s not their dream. When Anupamaa’s mother was about to bring pooja plate, Vanraj stops her saying her blessing is enough for him. Vanraj invites them for Paritosh’s engagement. Everyone gets happy. Vanraj says everything happened because of Anupamaa, if she didn’t tried then it’s not possible to happen now. He says Samar will come to pick them. Anupamaa’s mother cries in happiness and Vanraj wipes her tears. Vanraj and Bhavesh discusses something. Anupamaa’s mother tells her daughter that Vanraj changed totally.
Anupamaa says like she used to say he loves her lot but never showed it because of other responsibilities. Vanraj sends apology message to Kavya for his behavior towards her in his house and asks her to understand why he is doing all this. Anupamaa asks her mother that why she didn’t kept anything for her and gave all the jewelries to her during her marriage. Anupamaa’s mother says nothing is matters for a mother than her children’s happiness. She says Anupamaa is already a good mother and she will be good mother in law too and she can do whatever she wants to do with that jewelries. Anupamaa message Rakhi to send the address of her jeweller, so she can buy that ring. Rakhi wonders how she got that much money and says she won’t let her win this time. Anupamaa thinks her jewelries will bring happiness for her children.
Vanraj calls Kavya, she deliberately make him hear the staff’s talks. One of the staff praises her saying the meeting’s atmosphere was good because of her otherwise if Vanraj was present then atmosphere would have been serious. Vanraj thinks he made her understood many times still why she is so insecure. Kavya thinks earlier he used to cheat his wife in the name of work what if he is cheating her now in the name of his wife. Anupamaa says she is going to buy engagement ring.
Leela taunts Anupamaa for going alone without her. Vanraj takes Anupamaa’s side which shocks Leela. Leela advises her to buy within their budget. She asks why he is sending her alone when she knows nothing. Vanraj says he believes Anupamaa and she too wanted to buy the ring by herself. Paritosh hears everything and leaves from there without saying anything. Anupamaa thinks now he is tensed after seeing the diamond ring everything will be alright.
Rakhi calls Paritosh and gets to know from him that Vanraj denied to buy the diamond ring. Anupamaa buys the diamond ring by selling her jewelries. Kinjal shows the engagement ring picture to Rakhi saying Anupamaa sent it to her. Rakhi gets to know that Anupamaa bought the ring going against her family because Paritosh is unaware of it and so her family. She gets happy realizing that now Anupamaa’s problem will become solution for her problem. Samar teaches dance steps to his family members. Leela waits for Anupamaa. Jayesh and Vanraj asks her to not worry saying she will come back.
Leela tells Jayesh that nowadays Vanraj taking Anupamaa’s side a lot and she feels Anupamaa will create trouble today too like always. Vanraj thinks why it’s taking this much time for Anupamaa and he didn’t get card message too. Samar hallucinates Nandini later she comes there in real and says she met Anupamaa in market and get to know from her about dance practice.
