Episode starts with an interesting scene in Malhotra house since Vani gets back her memory. She tells her daughter that she has gotten back all her memories and embraces her daughter and Pammi. Kuldeep gets freaked out learning the truth of Vani. He couldn’t imagine that Vani will destroy all his plan how. Standing infront of Kuldeep, she threats that she will now pull off his mask so that Kunal and Vandana will learn the hypocrisy of Kuldeep. Sooner or later, Kuldeep will behind the bar and will expose all his conspiracy with all the proof. Though he is threatened, but he couldn’t accept his upcoming fall. Meanwhile, Vedika runs to inform to Vandana that Vani has get back her memories. Suddenly they hear a scream and runs to Malhotra house.
As soon as, Kuldeep proceeds to kill Vani, Tara runs to protect her grandmother. But Kuldeep hurts Tara and she loses her sense. Vandana and others run to save Tara and threat Kuldeep that she will kill him if Tara will face any hazard in her health. As soon as they reach the hospital, Tara gets admitted. Checking her up, doctor confirms that Tara needs a immediate kidney transplantation. Vandana decides to donate her kidney to Tara so that she could get back her daughter. In spite of being Vandana takes the risk and signs in the bond. Though the whole family including Kunal forbid Vandana to take that much risk but Vandana wants to save the life of Tara by hook or crook.
After few hours, the doctor comes out from the operation theatre and announces the death of Vandana. Though Tara has been saved but they failed to save the life of Vandana. Kunal is thunderstrucked by the news of Vandana. He runs to the cabin and tries to awake Vandana. The doctor confirms that Vandana has expired. But Kunal fails to believe that his wife is no more. Jerking the body of her, Kunal tries to wake her up. He breaks down in million pieces and requests Vandana to come back to him. Repeatedly jerking the body, Kunal requests the Almighty to fix his life.
Suddenly, the body of Vandana responses and the doctor runs to check her up. After few minutes, Vandana gets back her life sarcastically. The doctor claims that only Kunal and his over vaulting love has saved the life of Vandana instead of medical science. She even opens her eyes and starts to speak. Forgetting all the danger, Kunal is described the hypocrisy of Kuldeep.
