Episode starts with the Vani who couldn’t able to identify Kunal but there is a doubt in her eyes as if she knows him beforehand. But Kunal hesitates to come to her. Tara hopes that her grandmother will be cured very soon. Seeing Vani in their house, Pammi is totally petrified and shocked. She couldn’t believe her own eyes that Vani has returned in home. Pammi pretends to be overwhelmed seeing Vani after years, but from inside Pammi becomes alerted. She decides to inform Kuldeep immediately. But Vedika doubts Pammi might mess up with Kuldeep. She warns Pammi if she would Inform anything to Kuldeep, she will tell her previous hypocrisy and conspiracy to Kunal.
Here, Kunal coun accept the presence of his mother and screams in pain. In the car, he gets a bangle of his mother. Remembering his childhood memories, he again becomes emotional. He grasps in fear and feels a shortage of oxygen. He couldn’t understand how he would handle these tantrums of huge emotional storm. From the balcony, Vani notices Kunal and murmurs as if she has seen him somewhere else. Vandana takes her inside.
Coming into his room, Kunal packs his luggage. Vandana asks him what he is doing. But Kunal forbids Vandana to act as his wife since she was forbidden to do that. Kunal is asked his show his patience and responsibilities towards Vani. She repeatedly requests not to leave Vani. But the inner hatred of Kunal doesn’t able to stop him from leaving the house. Packing all his luggages he heads out for his business trip. Kunal is asked by Pammi where he is going. Kunal shows his anger. After leaving of Kunal from the house, Pammi plans to eradicate Vandana, Vani and Mrunal front the Malhotra house. She suggests Soniaya to conspire against Vandana so that they will be ousted from the house.
After few minutes, Vandana and Vedika both couldn’t see Vani anywhere. They both get tensed. Later, Vandana discovers Vani from the street. Vani is taken care of by Vandana and Tara both. They all try to remember her everything. Vedika tells all the information of her personal life one by one. But Vani couldn’t recall anything. Vandana forbids Vani to take any pressure and asks her to adapt the new informations. Failing to remember her true identity, Vani breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Pammi shows her the picture of Kuldeep which threatens her. She becomes petrified seeing the picture of her husband. Later, Pammi is invited by Kaveri aunty to attend their family function.
