Episode starts with the enjoyment of both Karmakar and Malhotra family. Vandana hugs her Atya mother and welcomes her in the Punjabj ritual. Anagha and Hemant both feel missing out as they are not given the permission to attend the Lohri programme. Hemant hopes that vandna will forgive them sooner or later. Angha really misses the enjoyment.
Here, Pammi notices Mrunal and Bobby together. Bobby reminds to have the water repeatedly. Seeing them together, Pammi gets pissed off. Soniya also rids off the behaviour of Bobby. Here, Atya is introduced with Vani as Vandana’s mother in law. They both greet each other. Vani appreciates the way of Vandana’s upbringing. As soon as, Vani hears the name of Vijay, she feels some connection with that name. But Atya and Vandana both couldn’t understand her puzzled eyes.
Vandana misses her husband Kunal as he didn’t come the Lohri celebration. She feels if Kunal would have present there, she will able to enjoy the Lohri in a more joyful way. Reminding his words Vandana resists her emotions. Meanwhile, Soniya notices her indifference and pokes Vandana for her present dissapoinment. The first Lohri rasam gets completed, Pammi asks Vandana to start their celebration. Meanwhile, Kunal arrives there in a grandeur way. His surprising enter bring more happiness in Malhotra family.
Vandna will couldn’t able to believe her own eyes that Kunal has finally joined the programme. Kunal is thanked by Vandana as he has finally joined the programme. Kunal shows his affection towards Vandana which makes Soniya more pissed off. She asks Pammi to do something. As soon as Kunal arrives there, Vani asks him whether he would like to take any food or water. Seeing his mother Kunal again feels short of words. .
The celebration of Lohri gets started and Vandana joins in the enjoyment. Vedika asks Vandana and Kunal to take the blessing of Vani as she is their mother. But Kunal hesitates to touch his mother. But Vandana notices that Kunal has touched the sign of Vani’s footprint so he gets the blessing from Vani. Pammi invites both Soniya and Kunal on the stage to dance. But Tara asks Vandana to take the challenge to prove themselves a perfect couple. Finally the dance competition gets started.
