Episode starts with the conversation between Kunal and Sonia, the later who wants to handover the daughter to Kunal. As Soniya is getting married with Indranil, she doesn’t want to take the responsibility of Tara. Indranil says that he has been bringing up Tara, but now he doesn’t want Tara in their life again. Soniya prefers to be a wife of Indranil, not as a mother of Soniya. As she is entering into a new relationship, she doesn’t need any daughter of her past married life.
Soniya is lashed out by Pammi and other family memebers. They don’t accept Tara as the daughter of Kunal and doubts whether Kunal is the real father of Soniya. But she emphatically says Kunal is the biological father of Tara and asks them to examine a DNA test. But Kunal clearly ignores the fatherhood of Tara. He doesn’t want any issue in his life and prefers to give the divorce to Soniya.
Indranil requests Vedika calling her as a sister to take the responsibility of Tara. But Vedika insults Indranil who betrayed Kunal being his best friend. Kunal who helped Indra in his business, dejected Kunal from his life. Pammi also insults Soniya as she build a relationship with her husband’s best friend Indranil and eloped with him.
Soniya says that she didn’t get any support from Kunal who was just a puppet of his father Kuldeep. He didn’t has any say and Indrani was a self made person. So Soniya had chosen Indranil over Kunal. But letter reminds that Indra for his success because of Kuldeep and Kunal Malhotra. But Indranil doesn’t accept this and starts fighting with Indranil. Soniya asks Kunal to stop the fighting and says he hasn’t changed along the years.
Finally, Soniya and Indranil both leave the place leaving Tara to Kunal. Though, Kunal doesn’t take any responsibility of his daughter, but Vandana feels very bad for Tara as she is rejected by both mother and father. Tara hails Kunal as his father, but he rejects her. Tara starts crying. Vedika promises she would take care of Tara. Kunal couldn’t get over from the incident and recalls the past memories. He warned both Indranil and Soniya but none of them corrected himself. Vandana comes to Kunal and helped him to get over the incident.
