The episode starts with Rinku, and Minty expresses their joy of having a first ever Rakhi gift. They praise Baani for it. Poonam and Bebe have a conversation about Shilpa and Baani’s brothers. Bebe criticises Baani’s brother Jerry. Rajat recalls Baani telling the truth about Jerry with him the previous night. So he convinces Bebe about Jerry with some lame excuses.
In Arora’s house, everyone prepares to welcome Jerry. Satish feels uneasy. Also, he shares his fears about their happiness, but Charan assures him. Meanwhile, Rajat snatches his phone away from Gini, and he gets tensed, looking at Lavanya’s call. The call goes unanswered, and then Mannat video calls Rajat. Mannat informs Rajat about their preparation to welcome Jerry. Rajat gets happy learning about Jerry’s decision to return home. Baani hope’s thinking in her mind that she will create a good bond between her and Rajat’s sisters, just like Rajat created a bond with Mannat.
Here, Aastha visits Purab in the prison. Purab inquires with Aastha about Baani’s earlier support for them to help him bail out. Aastha calls Baani a betrayer, saying that the latter has changed her mind to help them in this matter. Purab gets upset. He gets more furious learning about Baani’s stock market investment. Aastha tells him that except Bhishan and Rajat, everyone approved Baani’s idea. Purab makes fun of Khanna’s double standards.
There, Charan urges Baani to open the house door. Also, she gets ready to welcome her son Jerry. Everyone gets shocked finding Softy in place of Jerry. They all try to hide their disappointment from Softy. Softy informs them that he came here to fulfil his responsibility as a brother. Charan stumbles, so Satish takes her inside. Baani takes Softy inside with her, saying that the latter is indeed her true brother.
In the prison, Purab instigates Aastha against Rajat, saying he is the reason behind his arrest. Aastha gets shocked. She asks Purab why he didn’t tell her earlier. Purab gives her some excuse. He also makes Aastha swear on him that she won’t confront Rajat about it. He further decides to question Rajat for his double standard once he comes out of the prison. Here, both Baani and Mannat perform Rakhi puja with Softy. Rajat thanks Softy too. Baani then leaves for her work with Softy.
Bhishan questions Poonam about Aastha’s whereabout. The latter convinces him with her lies. Baani arrives there. Shilpa’s loving behaviour towards Baani leads both Bhishan and Rajat to taunt Baani. Baani goes inside, where she falls asleep. Poonam advises Rajat not to call Baani as a greedy woman because she is a selfless one. Aastha arrives home. She glares at Rajat and then goes inside and refuses to have dinner.
The next day, Baani gets happy when Rajat gifts her a new footwear. She thanks him and then leaves for work. She proudly tells Nandu that Rajat has gifted her footwear. Poonam and Rajat hear everything from a distance. Poonam again advises Rajat not to misunderstand Baani. Aastha gets upset witnessing this all. In the restaurant, Baani gets shocked hearing the businessman venting out his frustration about facing a loss in a particular stock market investment.
Precap: Rajat rejects Lavanya’s proposal. He also worries about Baani’s reaction learning about Lavanya’s return to India. Later, Baani goes to take an order from a customer who happened to be Lavanya.
