The episode starts with Poonam failing to understand Baani’s sign to hide, which leads Riya to alert both Nakul and Bindra about another person’s presence in the room. Bindra calms her down, but Nakul decides to check the room, which worries both Baani and Poonam. Baani saves Poonam by cutting off the power. She takes Poonam aside and asks her to help her by staying away from this all. She then gets a stock market tip by overhearing Nakul and Bindra’s conversation. She seeks God’s forgiveness for her decision to commit a crime.
In Arora’s house, Satish expresses his worries with Charan about Baani. But the latter assures him. Satish fears in his mind that Baani may end up committing a mistake to save Rajat. Meanwhile, Baani and Poonam leave Nakul’s farmhouse. Nakul gets shocked seeing Baani. So he calls her and inquires with Baani about her whereabouts. Baani tells him people like them have to do more jobs to meet their everyday needs. Nakul gets convinced, so he cuts the call, which relieves Poonam.
In Khanna’s house, Nandu shares her worries about Baani, who has to perform her first karwachauth without Rajat. Shilpa advises Nandu to leave her husband and asks her not to keep fast for a man like her husband, but Nandu refuses to listen to her. Shilpa tells Nandu that just like Aastha, Baani also performs her karwachauth using Rajat’s photo. Aastha gets hurt and upset, so she goes inside. Bebe advises Shilpa to mind her words next time. Shilpa obliges.
Bebe expresses her pain about Rajat’s state. But Baani arrives there and gives hope to Bebe about Rajat’s bail. Poonam, who follows her inside, also supports Baani. Baani shares with the entire family about her childhood dream to perform karwachauth. She gets emotional. She then gives assurance to Bhishan about Rajat’s bail lying she requested a loan from her boss again, and this time, she feels her boss will sanction it. So the latter asks his family to make arrangements for karwachauth. Everyone agrees.
The next day, before the fasting begins, Baani refuses to have food. Meanwhile, in the hospital, despite the cops persuasion to the doctor to discharge by giving a false report, the doctor firmly refuses it. Dhanraj’s men inform him about it. Dhanraj gets upset. He then gets happy after Rohan regains his consciousness. But he decides to destroy Rajat, thinking his family can’t afford to hire a lawyer to bail him out.
Here, Baani gives Gaurav a cheque worth 10 lakh and sends him to Mahir Dillon’s office. Meanwhile, Mahir Dillon’s grandma gets upset with him for not marrying, but the former shares with her about his quest for true love. Her grandmother ends up teasing him. In Khanna’s house, Baani invests in the stock market and earns 10 lakh. Baani and Poonam get happy and emotional. Baani lies to Bhishan again. She hopes that Bhishan will forgive her one day for committing a crime. Later, Baani argues with Mahir Dillon’s car driver when the latter’s car hits into the auto she is travelling. Mahir gets impressed by Baani. He pays the auto driver Rs.5000 also asks to contact him if he needs more money. Baani gets surprised learning he is Mahir Dillon, so she stops him.
