The episode starts with Baani facing Nakul’s questions about arranging 10 lakh. Baani lies to him. She then gets a call from a lawyer, so she takes Nakul’s permission and leaves from there. Nakul decides to avenge Baani for what he has done to her. Later, both Rajat and Baani meet Mahir. Baani gives a small gift to Mahir. Mahir informs them about their court hearing and says to Rajat that he should be part of every hearing. Rajat agrees. But he gets annoyed seeing Mahir’s behaviour towards Baani.
Rajat and Baani reach home. Baani informs the family members about Mahir’s fees for their every court hearing. Bhishan gets worried, but Bebe encourages him not to lose hope. Gini, who hears Aastha and Gaurav’s conversation about Rajat’s case, goes outside and breaks down in front of Softy. Baani goes out. She encourages Gini to help her collect evidence against Rohan, saying she will protect her at any cost. She further asks Gini to call Rohan. Gini stares at Baani.
In Lavanya’s house, Lavanya happily cooks spicy food. She decides to contact Rajat at the right time. Meanwhile, Gini comes to meet Rohan. Rohan mocks her. Also, he demands an apology from Gini, but the latter refuses, saying it’s him who has done the wrongdoings. Rohan mocks at her. Gini tells her that he has evidence against him. Baani recalls getting evidence against Rohan with Navjyot’s help. Rohan threatens Gini. But Baani comes in between them. She threatens Rohan to confess his crimes, or else both him and Dhanraj will face humiliation. Just then, Dhanraj Anand arrives there. He threatens to sabotage Gini’s image, but Baani gives him a firm warning about the consequences. Rohan gets scared, so he takes Dhanraj with him. Softy records the entire conversation in his phone. Gini breaks down, but Baani encourages her not to lose hope. Also, she makes her understand that Rohan is scared of her threat. She further confirms with Gini that she is willing to testify against Rohan to save Rajat.
In Khanna’s house, everyone gets ready to go to court. While Aastha helps the family members. She gets Baani’s phone through which she confirms that Baani has done insider trading to arrange money for lawyer fees. She takes photos of the same from Baani’s phone. Poonam questions Aastha for not accompanying them to court. The latter defends her decision to meet Purab. She then hears Baani and Gini’s conversation. And she gets upset with Gini for joining hands with Baani.
Later, at the court, Baani meets Mahir and informs him that Gini is willing to testify against Rohan. She also shows the video proof against Rohan, which leads Mahir to call her as Lady James Bond. Also, he suggests that she join his firm. They all then go inside. The Khanna’s gets shocked seeing Gini, but they remain silent. Dhanraj’s advocate tells the judge that they are willing to take back their case against Rajat so the judge sets free Rajat, which makes everyone happy. Mahir praises Baani again in front of her family. After they all return home, Baani expresses her fears with Poonam about choosing the wrong path to get justice for Rajat. Rajat questions Baani, leaving her and Poonam speechless.
