The episode starts with Rajat going to meet Lavanya and finds her murmuring his name in her unconscious state. He gets shocked finding pills, so he encourages Lavanya not to never think about quitting her life. Lavanya hugs Rajat, and she pleads with him to rectify his mistake by leaving Baani, but Rajat removes her hold from him. So Lavanya pretends to apologize to Rajat for her statement.
Later, Baani arrives at the hospital with Navjyot, who pleads with her to confront Rajat, but Baani firmly refuses. She also hopes that Rajat must have returned to the hospital. Meanwhile, Rajat is seen having a video chat with Lavanya. Lavanya says that she wishes he was with her, to which Rajat tells her that he can’t able to lie to Baani. Also, he can’t able to make Baani understand their relationship. Just then, Baani arrives and hears it everything. She gets hurt deeply. Rajat also gets shocked seeing Baani, so he disconnects his call with Lavanya. Lavanya gets hopeful, realising that Baani has heard her conversation with Rajat.
Both Baani and Rajat rush to the room of both Bebe and Gaurav when the nurses urge Navjyot to see what’s happening. They all get shocked seeing Bebe and Gaurav having alcohol , and both Rajat and Baani snatch it from them. The doctor also gives a warning to Bebe and Gaurav. At night, Baani looks disturbed seeing Rajat sleeping peacefully.
The next day, Baani returns home before Rajat and others. Poonam gets worried about seeing Baani’s state, but Baani goes to get ready to go to the office. But she gets stopped by Lolly. Lolly cautions Baani about Aastha, who checked her tab during her absence. Baani gets confused. Aastha overhears the conversation, and she recalls finding difficulties to find out the password. She decides to do something to put an end to Lolly. She creates a scene in front of Baani, so the latter asks Lolly to focus on her work, and then she goes inside. Aastha gets upset with Lolly.
Later, both Bebe and Gaurav return home from the hospital. Bebe complains about her pain, but the entire family reminds her she is permanently getting healed. Baani ignores Rajat. Rajat wonders what Baani must have heard about his conversation with Lavanya and also what he should answer to her. Meanwhile, Baani decides to confront Rajat. She finds him speaking with Lavanya, which infuriates her. Before she could confront him, she heard Rajat saying that no one should go through the pain of Lavanya, so he would be with her always. Baani leaves for office without confronting Rajat. Rajat’s worry for Baani increases.
Baani informs Navjyot about everything she has heard. She then prays God to help her find out the truth. Meanwhile, Lavanya thanks Sanjay for helping her manipulate Rajat. Baani sees Lavanya with Sanjay. She realises Lavanya’s true intention towards Rajat. So she deliberately meets Lavanya. Also, she indirectly challenges her, saying that she is Rajat’s shadow. Lavanya gets furious. She tells Gini about her plan and creates more misunderstandings between Rajat and Baani. Meanwhile, Baani tells Navjyot that she will not give up on Rajat.
