The episode starts with Baani recalling Rajat’s conversation about Lavanya’s event venue. She decides to find out the truth, so she tries to contact the venue owner, but she fails to contact him. She realises the venue is near her house, so she decides to inquire with them about the event directly. Aastha and Gini see her. So Baani gives them excuses, and then she leaves from there. Gini decided to inform Lavanya about Baani. Meanwhile, Lavanya persuades Rajat to help her with the event arrangements. Rajat tries to deny it, but he fails when Lavanya emotionally manipulates him. Someone click the photos of Rajat and Lavanya. Lavanya gives him an excuse, and then she leaves from there. Rajat feels bad for Lavanya. Lavanya sends a message to Gini, appreciating her work.
Here, Baani reaches the banquet hall. She helps the owner to get rid of his hiccups. In return, the owner tells Baani the hall was booked for Lavanya’s engagement with Sanjay, but at the last minute, the engagement gets called off. Baani gets confused. On her way to home, she recalls Rajat’s words, and she understands that Lavanya is trying to emotionally manipulate him. Meanwhile, Rajat gets shocked and worried about finding Lavanya’s state. He also notices the pills beside Lavanya, so he questions her. Lavanya puts up an act in front of him, saying that she is taking anxiety pills. Rajat tries to console her. Someone takes his and Lavanya’s photos again.
In Khanna’s house, Baani looks disturbed, but she smiles, looking at the scarf, which has been gifted to her by Rajat. She wonders whether Rajat went for a business meeting or else spending time with Lavanya. She goes back to sleep. Meanwhile, Lavanya succeeded, convincing Rajat to take her to ice cream shop to have ice cream. Rajat agrees. He sends a message to Baani asking her to go to sleep, saying he will return home soon. Lavanya thinks in her mind that she will prove Baani that Rajat belongs to her. Meanwhile, Baani smiles, reading the message. But she worries about Rajat, who isn’t aware of Lavanya’s true intention towards him.
Later, Baani gets shocked, waking up at 4am, and finding Rajat isn’t returned home yet. She tries to contact him but finds his phone off so she gets worried more. There, both Rajat and Lavanya get stuck in the middle of the road. Rajat suggests Lavanya that they should take help from here to reach their house, but Lavanya refuses, saying they should wait until the mechanic arrives. Rajat gets frustrated but stays with Lavanya.
Here, Baani gets more upset with Rajat’s behaviour. She then gets shocked seeing Nandu, who has been beaten up by her drunkard husband. Baani ends up beating Nandu’s husband. The latter overpowers Baani to attack her, but Rajat saves her from the attack. Baani hugs Rajat. Rajat scolds Baani for risking her life. Baani taunts him back and goes inside. Rajat gets worried, thinking Baani may have found out his friend is none other than Lavanya.
