The episode starts with Bhishan questioning his family for not calling him. Just then, Lavanya arrives there and accuses them of insulting her in front of her guests. She shouts at them. Just then, Rajat arrives there. Gini informs him of everything that has happened. Rajat glares at Lavanya, but the latter defends her act, and she also says Bebe has simple breathing issues, nothing serious. Baani warns Lavanya not to say anything against her family. She further advises Rajat to take a stand for his family. Also, she says if Lavanya has truly loved him, then she would have accepted his family. Lavanya shouts Baani not to provoke Rajat against her. But Rajat drags Lavanya with him. His entire family stares at them.
Meanwhile, Rajat shouts at Lavanya for her behaviour towards his family. He also says to Lavanya that he will face the consequences after breaking their deal. He then starts packing his things. Lavanya gets worried. So she tried to convince him to stay back. But Rajat firmly refuses. There, Purab complains to the family about their behaviour, so Aastha shouts at him. Purab leaves from there. Bhishan tells his family and Baani that Rajat will change return back to Baani for sure. Baani smiles.
There, Lavanya puts all blame on Baani for provoking her in front of the guests. She realises that Rajat isn’t convinced, so she thinks that she has to put up a drama. She takes Rajat with her to the room where his family is staying. Gaurav comments on both Rajat and Lavanya. Lavanya puts up an act in front of Rajat’s family to forgive her. Everyone remains silent. Poonam feels helpless when Lavanya persuades her to forgive her. She looks at Rajat, who signs at her. Afterwards, Lavanya woes the kids using her manipulative skills. Baani gets annoyed. Rajat thinks himself that he has to nicely behave with Lavanya until the latter treats his family in a good way. Lavanya then insists Rajat teach her how to play cricket. Baani gets hurt seeing them together. Even Rajat’s family looks upset. Baani decides to do something to expose Lavanya’s true face. Lavanya decides to continue her act until she makes Rajat believe she has changed.
The next day, Gaurav and Aastha have an argument when the former motorbike gets repaired. Lavanya arrives there and insists on dropping the kids in her car. Gaurav firmly refuses at first. Eventually, he gives into it after his family’s constant persuasion. Baani gets annoyed, understanding Lavanya’s intention. Later, Khanna’s praises Baani’s food. Lavanya joins them for breakfast. She refuses to let Baani join the family for breakfast. Shilpa arrives there and expresses her gratitude towards Lavanya. Baani gets upset. Rajat makes Baani sit in his seat. Lavanya gets upset, but she doesn’t show it. She decides to do something. Baani looks happy. Rajat and Lavanya leave from there.
Khanna’s wonders whether Lavanya has truly changed or is still putting up an act. Baani goes inside. Poonam follows her, and she assures Baani that no one will take her place. Baani smiles, and then she leaves for Mahir’s office. Later, Rajat and Lavanya reach Mahir’s office to have a discussion over their new projects’ legal terms. Rajat gets shocked seeing Mahir making Baani wear a ring. He comes out angrily. Lavanya provokes him against Baani, saying Baani has moved on. Rajat gets angry.
