The episode starts with Baani getting upset with Rajat for not being willing to help her. She then decides to leave, but Rajat informs her about Neetu planning to leave London because of which they all have taken a leave. Baani gets shocked. She comments about it. Rajat defends his actions along with his family. Both Rajat and Baani get into an argument while talking about the need to earn money. Baani decides to go for a new job. They both then walk away in a different direction. Rajat and Baani think in their mind whether they made a mistake by marrying the other person.
Later, Rajat returns home. He wonders whether Baani returned to home or not. He also thinks that Baani is a greedy person. The family members discuss the weight of Neetu’s luggage. Baani returns home. Neetu questions Baani for not returning home with Rajat. Baani explains the reason. She also recalls meeting Navjyot, who informs her about a new job opportunity. Navjyot cautions her about the company’s CEO, who is an aggressive, short tempered person. But Baani decides to join the company. Baani seeks Poonam’s permission to attend the interview. But Bebe firmly refuses to give her permission, which upsets Baani, so she goes inside. Rajat follows her behind. He comments about it. Baani gets annoyed, so she leaves the place.
Here, Neetu gives gifts to the Khanna’s including the newly wed before she leaves for London. Everyone gets happy, and they send her off. Poonam slips and sprains her ankle. Baani expresses her worries. She also insists the family members take Poonam to the hospital. But they all take it too lightly , and they encourage Poonam to try to walk. Poonam does it with so much pain, but she says the pain is a bearable one. Baani doesn’t look convinced. At night, Baani suggests Rajat that they should take Poonam to the hospital, but Rajat refuses it, saying if Poonam is in pain , she will inform them. Baani gets upset when Rajat taunts her. She then starts learning English to attend an interview by watching a video that leads Rajat to criticise her. Baani shuts his mouth.
The next day, Bebe asks Baani to complete her first rasoi ritual. Baani agrees. But she becomes nervous, wondering which food can be easier to prepare so that she can able to attend the interview on time. Meanwhile, Balwant meets the Arora’s. He asks them for money. Charan gives him the monthly instalment, which makes him happy. Later, Charan tells Satish that because of Baani, only they could able to pay for Balwant. Satish expresses his anger towards their son. Charan then receives Baani’s call, who asks her advise to prepare something soon. Charan suggests that she prepare Halwa. Baani agrees. She faces difficulties making Halwa, but she makes it. She also tells Poonam that she will make lunch for everyone after she returns from her interview. Shilpa comments on it. Meanwhile, Rajat gets shocked, realising that he has burnt Baani’s clothes.
