The episode starts with Rajat shouting at Lavanya for her repeated calls. He also informs her that he has got a job. Baani arrives there. She looks at Rajat with hurtful eyes. A few hours back, the entire family gets happy learning about Rajat’s new job. Bebe criticises Rajat’s salary. Also, she compares it with it. Shilpa also comments on it, but Bhishan shares his positive opinion, saying that soon Rajat will earn more money. Aastha indirectly taunts Baani for buttering up the family members to be in their good books, but Baani responds to her positively, which annoys Aastha.
Baani receives Softy’s call. She asks him to meet her at night, which Softy agrees. At night, Baani shares her happiness with Softy about the good things that’s happened for an entire day. Softy asks Baani about her plan with the profit, which she has earned it through the share market. Baani tells him that she is going to surprise the Khanna’s and she can’t wait to see their happiness. Softy alerts Baani about someone who is arriving there. He hides himself and is ready to attack that person. It turns out to be Gaurav, who is holding a knife in his hands. Baani gets shocked.
Later, Shilpa hears some noise, so she goes out to find what it is. She gets shocked seeing Gaurav holding a knife in his hand, so she misunderstands that Gaurav is planning to kill her, so she screams and asks the family members to save her from Gaurav. Baani clarifies that Gaurav is doing rehearsal for his new role even though she was scared earlier, which leads Rajat to question Shilpa for doubting Gaurav’s love for her. Gaurav expresses his love for Shilpa. Baani allows them both to spend their night in the room, which shocks Rajat. Rajat questions Baani, but the latter reminds them about their relationship state. Rajat gets upset.
The next day, Baani buys a new washing machine for the Khanna’s. Everyone gets happy. Rajat questions Baani, “How did she bring the washing machine?” Baani lies to him and the entire family members that she had savings also she took salary advance from her boss. Bhishan praises Baani. Baani gets happy and emotional. Rajat wonders how Baani managed to buy a washing machine as he knows well that Baani doesn’t have any savings amount. He remains silent.
Later, the Khanna’s does puja for their new washing machine. Bebe praises Baani, too, making the latter happy. Rajat takes the family members’ photos with the washing machine. He also continuously receives Lavanya’s call. Baani gives credits to Poonam for buying a washing machine, which worries the latter while other’s gets confused. Baani manages the situation. Meanwhile, Lavanya wonders why Rajat isn’t answering her calls. Here, Rajat leaves Baani alone to answer Lavanya’s call.
Lavanya reminds Rajat about the memories they shared together. Rajat gets emotional. Lavanya motivates Rajat to perform well in his job. There, Poonam praises Baani for her determination to fulfil the family members’ needs. Baani arrives at the room. She asks Rajat, who is in on the other side, in the call, which makes Rajat nervous.
