The episode starts with Rishabh telling Mia to shoot him if she wants. Bhagyashree says the same. Mia points the gun at them. She then makes Rishabh fall unconscious by injecting him with an injection. Bhagyashree cries. Mia says Rishabh isn’t dead yet and makes him sit in her car. Bhagyashree helps Mia make Rishabh sit in the car. Mia drives away, saying she won’t leave him until she gets her money.
Bhagyashree sits near Revati and calls Naveen for help. Naveen brings water. Bhagyashree sprinkles water on Revati’s face. Revati regains consciousness. Bhagyashree asks Naveen to take her sister home. She takes Naveen’s car keys and follows Mia’s location.
Mia thinks Rishabh is now paralyzed because of the injection and plans to drop him somewhere so that only his cold dead body will be found. Meanwhile, Padma says she isn’t able to reach Bhagyashree or Rishabh. Vinay asks her to relax and rest. Shreyas brings hot water. Padma says that for the first time she isn’t feeling tired. Naveen brings Revati home. The family feels happy seeing Revati. Revati tells them that her sister (akka) sent her tickets to surprise them and that Bhagyashree and Rishabh went for a business meeting. Naveen asks Revati to take care and leaves.
Bhagyashree realizes Rishabh’s location signal is lost. She doesn’t know which direction to go. She overhears a shopkeeper scolding a girl for hitting his vehicle. Bhagyashree gives money to the shopkeeper and asks which direction Mia went.
Meanwhile, Mia notices Rishabh’s temperature is rising. She pours water on him and sets the room temperature to zero. Rishabh doesn’t react in his paralyzed state. Mia breaks the temperature setting control so no one can change it. She locks Rishabh inside that room of a house and drives away.
Bhagyashree reaches the place and sees Rishabh in shock. Mia returns and locks the room from outside, ignoring Bhagyashree’s pleas, and leaves.
Bhagyashree sees Rishabh’s condition worsening, but her phone has no signal. She tries to increase the room temperature but can’t. In tears, she says, “You saved me from Vikram and Revati from Mia. I can’t lose you. Please wake up!” Rishabh briefly opens his eyes and then closes them again.
At Bhagyashree’s house, Naveen tells Revati there’s still no information from Bhagyashree. Revati blames herself, saying everything happened because of her. Vinay and Padma overhear and ask what she means. Naveen and Revati manage the situation by making up a story.
Bhagyashree sees radio getting signal then she types message in phone thinking it will be sent when it gets signal. She then removes Rishabh’s shirt, covers him with her saree, and hugs him from behind to warm him. Later, Doctor and police team come there and rescue them.
Bhagyshree wakesup near Rishabh bed. She attends Asha call. Asha asks Bhagyshree to come to her birthday but Bhagyshree refuses. Rishabh wakes up. He says to Bhagyshree that you said my presence doesn’t matter to you then what you said when I’m not in my senses. Bhagyshree tries to escape thinking he heard her confession that she doesn’t want to lose him. Rishabh pins her to the door.
