The episode begins with Nikhil kneeling in front of Bhagyashree. Surprised, Bhagyashree asks what he is doing. Nikhil replies that he needs just one minute of her time, as fate has given him a chance to win her. Rishabh and other company employees witness the moment. Nikhil proposes to Bhagyashree for marriage, leaving her completely shocked. She questions his actions, but Nikhil steps closer and explains that it is part of his plan to keep Rishabh away from her. Looking at Rishabh, Bhagyashree agrees to marry Nikhil, deciding this is the only way to avoid Rishabh. Rishabh looks on in silence.
Meanwhile, Vinay and Karthik serve snacks they prepared. Meenakshi and her mother praise their effort. Padma recalls how one person’s presence changed everything but left them midway. Meenakshi asks her to forget the past. The family shares a light moment with Sowmya, asking about her pregnancy. Just then, the doorbell rings, and Meenakshi is delighted to see Revati. Revati introduces her fiancé, Purab, who arrives in traditional South Indian attire. The family appreciates Purab’s gesture of wearing a dhoti. Revati then asks about Karthik and Bhagyashree.
At the office, colleagues tease Bhagyashree about Nikhil’s proposal, calling it a boss-employee romance. Bhagyashree recalls her past moments with Rishabh. Nikhil approaches her, apologizing for proposing without her consent, and insists it was to keep Rishabh away. Bhagyashree accepts his reasoning. Nikhil suggests they should get engaged soon, and she agrees. Holding her hand deliberately in front of Rishabh, Nikhil accepts Bhagyashree’s invitation for dinner. However, Rishabh intervenes, separating their hands and congratulating them coldly.
Back home, the family enjoys time with Purab. Meenakshi’s mother praises Revati and Purab as a perfect pair. Sowmya asks Purab about his family, and he reveals that his elder brother will join them later. Revati takes a group photo. Meanwhile, Padma plans to call Bhagyashree.
At the office, Rishabh assigns work to Nikhil and sends him away. He then offers Bhagyashree a lift, but she refuses. Rishabh accuses her of agreeing to Nikhil only to hurt him. Bhagyashree firmly says he doesn’t matter to her and warns him not to trouble her, threatening to resign otherwise. She tells him their paths have separated and leaves. Rishabh, however, thinks their story is far from over.
Later, Bhagyashree breaks down, recalling Rishabh’s words about destiny always uniting them. She consoles herself, thinking she had moved on, but his return has unsettled her again. Vinay notices her teary eyes, but she denies crying. Karthik arrives home with milk, and Bhagyashree asks about the surprise they were planning. Vinay takes her inside, where Revati introduces Purab as her fiancé. Shocked, Bhagyashree recognizes him as the brother of the man who forcefully seized their Chennai house. Karthik also confronts him. Padma defends Purab, calling him a good person. When asked, Purab confirms that his elder brother is yet to arrive.
Just then, the doorbell rings again. Meenakshi opens the door to find Rishabh, dressed in South Indian attire, greeting everyone with a “Vanakkam.” Vinay furiously asks him to leave, not wanting drama in his house. But Rishabh clarifies that they are misunderstanding him—he has come with an invitation. To everyone’s shock, Purab introduces Rishabh as his elder brother. Vinay questions Purab for hiding the truth. Rishabh congratulates Purab and Revati, adding that Bhagyashree works in his company, while Revati will soon become his family’s daughter-in-law. Vinay loses his temper and orders Purab to leave the house.
