The episode begins with Sonia calling Bhagyashree and asking how her honeymoon is going, mentioning that Kaddu is missing her. Bhagyashree smiles and says she has fallen in love with Rishabh.
Meanwhile, Rishabh—now in his original look—arrives at a hotel. A server greets him and informs that his regular table is ready. Sonia, surprised, asks Bhagyashree if she truly loves him. Bhagyashree replies that she faced her ex today and was deeply moved by how Rishabh stood by her. She says, “Rishabh helped me understand that Nikhil was a mistake. He made me realize my worth. I’m truly happy and in love with him.”
An employee at the hotel expresses happiness at Rishabh’s return after a long time. Rishabh replies he was occupied with business. The employee notes that Rishabh owns businesses worldwide. Rishabh orders wine and is served an expensive one. Bhagyashree tells Sonia she wouldn’t mind even if Rishabh worked under her.
Just then, a worker informs Rishabh that Jia’s brother sent a package. Rishabh opens it to find a luxury watch—one reserved for “Mr. Kapoor”—confirming that Rishabh is indeed Mr. Kapoor. Bhagyashree once again asserts her happiness with Rishabh. Sonia agrees and ends the call.
Later, Rishabh receives an envelope containing a photo of him and Bhagyashree. Suddenly, a server accidentally spills a drink on Rishabh. The staff scolds the server, Aman, who explains that his father is unwell. While others ignore him, Rishabh calms the situation, gives Aman money, and tells him to take care of his father, promising to pray for him. The photo gets ruined, and a staff member offers to replace it, but Rishabh declines and burns the photo. He then gets a call and says he’s on his way.
Rishabh arrives at the police station. The constable refuses him entry, saying visiting hours are over and he cannot meet a criminal. Rishabh insists the person he’s meeting isn’t a criminal. A lawyer arrives and hands over a permission letter. Rishabh enters and meets his ailing father. Overwhelmed, Rishabh cries as his father coughs violently. A doctor arrives and asks Rishabh to step out. Rishabh recalls how his father used to distract him before he was given an injection and promises to become brave like him.
The doctor reassures Rishabh that his father is stable and receiving proper treatment. Rishabh requests permission to shift him to a private hospital, but the doctor refuses. Frustrated, Rishabh scolds the lawyer for failing to get bail. The lawyer replies that it’s a difficult case.
Later, the nurse informs Rishabh that his father is calling him. His father asks him to take care of himself. Rishabh, emotionally, says, “You’re in this condition because of me, and I’ll fight fate to get you released.” His father falls asleep due to medication, and Rishabh urges the lawyer to do everything possible to secure his release. The lawyer agrees.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree calls Vinay and reminds him to take his medicines on time. Rishabh returns and asks if everything is alright. She shares her concern about her father’s fluctuating blood pressure. Rishabh relates, saying it’s painful to watch one’s parents suffer. Bhagyashree gently asks about his parents. He admits his father is unwell and under treatment. She asks what happened, and he replies that his father was betrayed because of him. Bhagyashree offers to meet him, but Rishabh hesitates. She assures him that whoever wronged his father will be punished and encourages him to stay strong.
Bhagyashree suddenly feels uncomfortable and asks Rishabh for help. He removes the dress tag that was irritating her and adjusts a sticker. Rishabh thinks to himself, “Along with your feelings, your goal is important too.”
