The episode begins with Rishabh telling Bhagyshree that they are professionals and must finish the meeting before leaving. Bhagyshree agrees and asks the receptionist to provide them separate rooms. The receptionist hands her the keys. Meanwhile, Nikhil thinks, I planned to take Bhagyshree with me, but how will I manage it now? He starts plotting.
On the other hand, Nysah sees the divorce papers and is shocked. She says, How could Rishabh send me divorce papers? She decides to confront him and wonders, I separated Rishabh and Bhagyshree, then why does this envelope have Happy Homes as the sender’s address?
Nikhil deliberately collides with a server, causing his phone to break. He threatens to complain, but when the server pleads with him, Nikhil manipulates him into doing his work. He instructs him to add peanut powder into Bhagyshree’s food, knowing about her allergy, planning to later act like a savior.
Elsewhere, Revati and Purab arrange a meeting between Padma and Gautham. Gautham apologizes on behalf of his son for causing them pain and says, We now have a chance to reunite our families. Please accept Purab for your daughter. Rishabh has already lost Bhagyshree, and I don’t want Purab to lose his love. Revati supports him, adding that Purab truly loves her. Gautham tells Padma, I know your husband agreed to this alliance but not from his heart. I want you to accept it wholeheartedly. Meanwhile, Bhagyshree prays to God, Why are you making me stay close to Rishabh when it hurts me so much? Just then, Rishabh calls her. Frustrated, she throws the phone away. Later, Bhagyshree unknowingly eats the salad mixed with peanut powder and develops an allergy. Struggling for breath, she realizes she doesn’t even have her medicine. Her condition worsens. At another place, Vinay asks Karthik why so many guests from his side to the wedding. Karthik replies that the guest list belongs to Sowmya, but she wrote it under his name. Sowmya argues that her godh bharai will also take place with the wedding. Vinay agrees, but Karthik points out that the Kapoors already have a long list of guests. At that moment, Nysah arrives and says angrily, Rishabh sent me divorce papers to marry your daughter, but I will not let that happen. She notices the Kapoor nameplate outside Bhagyshree’s house and vows to stop the wedding.
Later, Bhagyshree regains consciousness and asks why she is there. Rishabh explains, You had an allergic reaction. I gave you medicine. But why didn’t you take care of your health? Bhagyshree replies, I don’t know who added peanuts to my food. Rishabh insists he didn’t do it. Bhagyshree then asks how he had her medicine.
