The episode begins with Bhagyashree on a call with Vinay. She apologizes for not answering his calls and tells him that Rishabh informed her about everything. She assures him she’s coming and ends the call. Bhagyashree then thanks Rishabh for taking care of her parents. Rishabh confronts her about the sudden ₹18 lakh loan and pressures her to explain. Bhagyashree reveals she took the loan for his father’s treatment.
Meanwhile, Padma consoles Vinay, who insists he didn’t sign any documents. Karthik arrives, and Padma recalls how he had previously taken Vinay’s signature. She questions whether he tricked Vinay into signing property papers. Karthik admits it, and Padma slaps him. Both break down in tears.
Rishabh tells Bhagyashree he doesn’t want her money, especially when her own family needs it more. Bhagyashree replies that her boss will help and insists he accept the money for his father’s sake.
At the office, Kamya accuses Bhagyashree, but the staff ask Kamya to stop. The inspector demands everyone’s phone numbers to track recent activity. Sunny gives Rishabh’s phone too. Just then, Purab calls. Sunny hands the phone to Rishabh, who learns his father is unwell and rushes to see him.
Bhagyashree returns home. An emotional Padma welcomes her. Bhagyashree asks her not to disturb Vinay, who’s sleeping, and urges her to rest. She later calls Sunny to ask which hospital Rishabh’s father has been admitted to, expressing concern. Sunny teases her for sounding like Rishabh’s wife, then apologizes and reminds her that all phones are being tracked.
Purab and Rishabh are worried seeing their father’s deteriorating condition. Rishabh threatens the inspector, saying he’ll hold them responsible if they don’t allow them to take his father to the hospital. The police agree, and Purab handles the paperwork. Their father tells Rishabh he can see love in his eyes and that he’s happy for him. Rishabh wonders how he could fall for the same girl who hurt his father.
Bhagyashree drives towards the location shared on GPS and sees that Rishabh is at a jail. She questions whether the GPS is faulty or if Rishabh is hiding something. Meanwhile, Vinay wakes up and confides in Padma about his guilt. Padma comforts him, reminding him they are at their daughter’s home now.
As Rishabh and Purab take their father to the hospital by ambulance, Bhagyashree sees them at a traffic signal and grows suspicious of Rishabh’s behavior.
Elsewhere, Sowmya tells Karthik that Vinay made them homeless. Karthik admits it was his doing, not Vinay’s. Shreyas arrives and grabs Karthik’s collar for selling the house, claiming he has a share in it. Karthik slaps him. Padma and Sowmya intervene and separate them.
At the hospital, Rishabh’s father advises him not to lose his love. Bhagyashree arrives, and Purab spots her. Meanwhile, at home, Nitya brings soup for Vinay. Padma laments that while Vinay is unwell, her sons are fighting. Shreyas and Vinay argue. Nitya urges them to stop and suggests they challenge the house sale in court, suspecting foul play. She asks for the property papers. Karthik hands them over, and Nitya reveals that Kapoor Industries bought the house. She questions why such a big company would be interested in a small property in Chennai, suspecting a deeper motive.
At the hospital, Bhagyashree sees Rishabh inside the emergency room with his father.
