The episode begins with Nikhil telling Bhagyashree that she has become a nurse to Rishabh. Bhagyashree tells him that she is doing this due to humanity. Nikhil reminds her that Rishabh betrayed her and he helped her and her friends in the past six months. He says Rishabh is a married man, and Bhagyashree can become the other woman in Rishabh’s life. Bhagyashree slaps him and warns him to leave from there. Nikhil tells her that she is doing wrong. Bhagyashree goes inside. Nikhil thinks Bhagyashree belongs to him.
On the other side, Revati asks Purab to give her his phone because she wants to order food. Purab gives the phone to Revati. Revati checks Purab’s call history. Purab goes inside. Revati asks the driverwhere Purab went. The driver replies that Purab went for a meeting. Revati asks him to spy on Purab for her and inform her. The driver agrees. Revati thinks she has the right to know about Purab.
The doctor treats Rishabh and asks Bhagyashree to take care of Rishabh. Rishabh says thanks to Bhagyashree. He says he knows Bhagyashree would have done this for anyone. Bhagyashree says she did it for her boss. Rishabh tells her that she said something else when he was unconscious. Bhagyashree tells him that he must have dreamt. She asks him to take medicine. Rishabh refuses. He asks her to leave him alone. Bhagyashree forcefully makes Rishabh eat medicine. Rishabh tells her that she is behaving like a wife. He says he will book a taxi for her. Bhagyashree tells him that they will go together and she will drive. Rishabh pretends like he is weak. Bhagyashree asks him to come out and leaves from there.
Karthik meets Purab. He says he wants to know whether Purab invested in his start-up. Purab reveals Rishabh helped Karthik. He says Rishabh knows what Naysa did with Karthik’s family, so Rishabh helped them. He asks them to leave Rishabh alone.
Nikhil goes to Bhagyashree’s house. Sowmya asks why Nikhil looks sad. Vinayak asks Nikhil where Bhagyashree is. Nikhil replies that Bhagyashree is in the office. He asks why his engagement got cancelled, and that day Revati’s engagement got fixed with Purab on the same day. Bhagyashree’s mother recalls how Revati revealed she is pregnant with Purab’s child.
Nikhil says Rishabh is behind all this. Vinayak says Bhagyashree is not even talking to Rishabh. Nikhil says Bhagyashree is in love with Rishabh still. He shows Rishabh and Bhagyashree’s photo to them. Sowmya says this is today’s photo because Bhagyashree was wearing this saree today. Nikhil says Bhagyashree spent the night with Rishabh, who is a married man. Vinayak says his Bhagyashree can’t do this. Nikhil says something is going on between Rishabh and Bhagyashree. Revati says Bhagyashree is not like that. Nikhil says Bhagyashree still loves Rishabh. He tells them they fooled him. Revati asks him to stop and leave from there. Vinayak gets an attack. Everyone gets shocked seeing this.
