Episode begins with Priya feeling dizzy and trying to find Anjali. Mama ji and Shubham are hiding from Priya. Just then Neeraj comes. Priya says what are you doing here? You are following me or what? Neeraj says you are taking me wrong, I came as Ram is finding you. Priya thinks already I am feeling dizzy, what should I do with Anjali moreover Ram has his birthday I should be with him. Priya says let me call first. Priya feels dizzy and is about to fall. Neeraj says don’t delay, if your inlaws see us then it will be an issue. Priya and Neeraj go out, Priya feels very dizzy and Neeraj is about to catch him when Priya pushes him and her phone falls. They go inside. Raj sees Priya’s phone ringing and on floor.
Here, Shubham and mama ji decide to find Anjali as if Priya will get hold of Anjali then it will be an issue. Anjali thinks who are they. She is unable to see them. Mama ji says we can’t let Priya find Anjali or else she will know we planted Anjali for Akki. They go in different direction and Anjali is unable to see them. Anjali thinks these are Priya’s relative only who planted this. She hides again.
Here, Ram, Adi and Kunal try to find Priya. Vedika comes from behind and says you go inside I will find Priya. Kunal says you arranged the party so you go inside and handle the guests. Kunal find Priya’s phone on ground. Vedika says let me call Neeraj. Neeraj tells on call how Priya was feeling left out in the party so he came to leave Priya home. Ram feels angry. Vedika tries to explain Ram when Kunal stops him. Ram and Adi go inside while Kunal gives warning to Vedika to stay away. Vedika says I want Ram back and I never listen to no.
In the party, Ram thinks how can Priya go back home. Sara gets to know Priya went and is surprised. Sara says Ram I don’t know what cold war is going on between you two but I can ensure you that Priya really wanted to make your birthday special, maybe you don’t know Priya well but you know atleast she is a good person with pure heart. Ram thinks Priya will never hurt him all the more she can never hurt her sister. Ram asks Adi to pack the cake, he will go to Priya. Kunal and everyone smile while Vedika gets upset. Here, Sara and Sandy discuss about Anjali they decide to check upon her. Shubham and Mama ji return as they don’t find anyone.
Here, Neeraj drops Priya home. Priya makes fun of Neeraj. Neeraj tries to make Priya confess her feelings for him but Priya makes it clear that she has no feelings for him and she has started feeling for Ram. Neeraj gets upset and goes out. Maitri tries to question Neeraj while Neeraj behaves rudely. Ram gives warning to Neeraj saying he is Priya’s ex and should know the limits. Maitri asks apology on his behalf. Ram thinks why did Priya get intoxicated and went with Neeraj. Ram goes inside.
