Episode begins with Ram coming to meet Vedika. Vedika is drunk and she acts disappointed that how Ram has changed and their relation has changed. Vedika says now you consider that Lovely a close friend of yours right? Ram says it’s not like that. Vedika says she must have suggested you the plan. Ram says her plan worked. Vedika says of course Lovely’s plans never fail and she is the best. Ram says no it’s not like that, like for different kinds of problems we go to different type of friends, so that’s why I took help from her. Ram shows Vedika the jewellery and says I got this for you. Vedika says Lovely must have suggested this to you right? Tell me honestly is she above me for you? Ram says no it’s not like that she is a good friend, and this I got for you. Vedika asks Ram to make her wear it. Ram does.
Vedika says I miss my old Ram who loved me and always was there for me. Vedika says let’s go to somewhere far, just you and me, I feel the same as before for you. Vedika hugs Ram and says I love you Ram. Ram gets flashes of Priya saying I love you to him. Ram says I love you too, Priya. Vedika gets shocked. Ram gets more flashes and he faints. Priya wakes up suddenly and worries for Ram. Sara comes and informs Priya about how Ram fainted and Vikrant told her this. Priya worries. Here, Vikrant and Adi see Ram on bed and worry for him. Doctor checks him up. Vedika takes Nandini aside and tells her how Ram said I love you to Priya. Nandini says what if he remembers everything, it’s all your fault, you pushed him too far, you just had to make him feel guilty. Vedika says even if he doesn’t remember anything then also he is inclined towards Priya already and she is winning. They get angry and upset.
Doctor asks about medications, no one knows anything. Just then, Priya comes and Shubham comes to open the door. Shubham asks Priya to go. Priya says Lovely is here to help so don’t stop me. Priya goes inside. Priya tells doctor the whole medical history of Ram. Doctor says first time I saw a PA know so much more than his family. Lovely says I care for my boss as he helped me in very critical time. Doctor says I will proceed accordingly. Nandini thanks Lovely and asks her to leave while Priya says I will stay here with him. Vedika says I will stay with Ram as before he fainted he gave me this necklace and said that he loves me. Nandini smirks. Priya thinks I thought me and Ram had a chance but am I really losing? Priya thinks of all their past moments. Just when Priya is about to leave, Ram says I love you Priya. Priya stops.
Priya gets emotional while Vikrant and Adi take everyone downstairs. Sid taunts Vedika on again losing from Priya. Nandini asks Adi to make Priya go away. Adi says but she is helping us. Priya comes and says do you want that other shareholders get to know that you being Ram’s step mother, you stoping Ram’s treatment. Nandini says I am his mother and knows what’s best for him. Priya says but here I am here to make him better. Nandini says just stop this drama of being Lovely. Priya says okay, so as a wife, Ram is asking for me and when it comes to the health of my husband no one can stop me, you are afraid that his memory might return let me guarantee you that it will return. Adi says Priya is right she can help Ram. Nandini says okay. Nandini leaves. Priya asks Sid to take Vedika with him too.

Precap – Ram feels Priya’s face in the morning and he smiles. Priya thinks maybe Ram remembers everything. Later, Nandini fires Priya when Priya shows the 1 year contract to her and says I can drag you to court if you fire me.
