The episode starts with Kaveri looking very distracted and stressed. She asks her what’s wrong with her so she remains silent for sometime. After Gouri insists for sometime she tells that she overheard her and Dadi’s conversation the previous night and knows that Shekhar killed Shamsher. She says she is very scared thinking what would happen when the entire family would get to know about this. She asks what would happen if Deva gets to know about this. Gouri tries to calm her down and says nobody would know. She also says that maybe when they were fighting they went physical and Shekhar might have done this by mistake to save himself.
As Kaveri cries badly, Gouri hugs her and asks her to calm down. Deva arrives there and seeing him Kaveri reacts weirdly. She stares at him blankly. He asks them about Shekhar. Gouri asks if he needs anything. Deva asks what they were talking about and what kind of fight he gets into. Gouri says everything between a husband and wife can’t be shared. She says couples keep fighting and then sort things out every now and then. Deva consoles Kaveri and asks her not to worry and says he would ask Shekhar to not fight with her.
Shamsher’s mother is seen looking at their family photo and mourning her son’s death. Shekhar comes in and apologises to her. She says some mistakes don’t have any apology. He tries to explain that everything happened so fast he never got time to think anything. She slaps her and asks how dare he give her explanations after all that happened. She begs Shekhar to stay away from Deva or else if he gets to know something he would kill Shekhar. She won’t be able to survive if she loses her last son now. She asks Shekhar to leave in front of her eyes.
Deva comes to Dadi’s room and seeing him both of them get scared. He hugs Shekhar and says that he won’t ask him why he fought with Kaveri but asks him to patch up with her. Shekhar tries to tell Deva the truth but Kaveri intervenes and makes up another story. She takes Deva away for their meal. Suddenly Veer is seen chasing Tani with a knife. Veer tells everyone that Tani cheated him and she is not pregnant at all. Veer says he won’t stay with her anymore and leaves. Deva asks Tani to leave the house but Gouri stops him. He says they must think for sometime and then find a solution. Deva and Gouri go to Veer sitting alone by the lake. Episode ends.
