The episode starts with Anandi coming to party and her staff compliments her. Bhairavi and Anand also come to party. Bhairavi goes to talk to NGO rescuer. Anand compliments Anandi for looking pretty. He asks her for third wish and tells she cannot fulfill it. Anandi asks him to ask first and she is confident to complete it. Anand asks for a kiss which makes her feel embarrassed. Anand gets closer but gets interrupted by someone coming there.
Varun thanks Anandi for convincing Bhairavi to join the party. She tells she can do atleast this much for him. A man comes there and congratulates them for their success. He gives a business proposal to Anandi about leather company, but Anand keeps showing Anandi kissing signs and distracting her. Varun asks Anandi if she is ok because he has never seen her so distracted before. Anandi fails to give any explanation but he sees Anand and understands. Anandi goes from there and Anand follows her. Varun meets Bhairavi and tries to talk to her but she doesn’t stop so he holds her hand.
Bhairavi feels annoyed. Varun asks her to become friends and stop punishing herself. She says its easy to move on when others have made mistake but she herself did a mistake and hid it for 25 years, she tells how she feels guilty everytime she sees Anand. Varun tells her to move on and offers his handkerchief to wipe tears but she leaves without taking it. Jigar comes to party with his date Supriya. Anandi gets excited seeing this and goes to Anand. She tells him that now she doesn’t have to fulfill third wish as Jigar has a date.
Anand tells she already lost bet earlier so she should fulfill his wish or else he will tell everyone that she breaks promises. Anand again gets close but gets interrupted by Jigar and Supriya coming there. He introduces Supriya to Anand and Anandi. Supriya tells Anandi she is a big fan of hers. Anand sees Diya flirting with a guy and goes there. Anand asks the guy to stay away. Diya scolds Anand and tells him not to interfere in her life. She leaves with the guy leaving disappointed Anand behind.
Varun meets Anand and thanks him for his investment in company back then even when he was going through so much. Anandi overhears it and feels broken knowing Anand never told her thr truth. She confronts him and tells how she kept flaunting her success but truth was something else. She cries and leaves without listening to Anand. Anand follows her. Jigar notices Anandi crying and leaving while Anand follows her. Anandi comes to her home and locks the door. She says she feels like she has gone two years back and have lost all her confidence. The episode ends with Anand waiting outside her home to talk to her and explain his actions.
