The episode starts with Anandi looking around for Ratan as she feels her presence but Khimji makes Ratan understand that they need to be strong and give Anandi encouragement from far and stand by her decision. They leave without meeting her. During lunch break, Anandi looks for Kanku as she had promised her to have lunch together. She cannot find her in canteen so decides to go near Kanku’s class to find her. Kanku meets Madhav who asks her about her project and acts strict.
Later its revealed Madhav is Kanku’s boyfriend. They spend time together and Madhav asks her why she didn’t answer his calls last night. She tells that because of her grandmother being around. Then she tells than she needs to leave as Anandi must be waiting for her. Madhav tells her to wait a bit more and holds her hand tightly when she is about to go. Anandi comes there looking for Kanku and misunderstands that he is misbehaving with Kanku. She scolds Madhav and says she will complain about him to the principal. Madhav tells her to ask Kanku who is he.
Kanku gets nervous and says he is her senior and project head. Anandi says its good people will know about how bad he is. He bends down and holds his ears and asks Anandi for forgiveness. He says her to give him one chance. Even Kanku says the same. Kanku asks Anandi if she is hungry and takes her along to eat at canteen. Maadi Baa asks Sejal to prepare meal quickly as Mehul and his wife would be coming soon. Sejal says she was doing the same but she realized that she forgot to make curd at night.
Maadi Baa asks her to tell Jigar to buy it. Sejal tells she is waiting for him to come back from school. Jigar, Kanku and Anandi come back school. Jigar complains of being excessively tired due to his physical activity classes. Sejal asks him to buy curd but he denies. Anandi tells her to give money and she will buy it. She swears on goddess that she won’t run away. Maadi Baa cracks jokes and tries to make her smile. Everyone starts laughing but Anandi doesn’t even smile. Maadi Baa wonders how can she get a smile of hers.
Anandi goes to market and finds the puppy on the way. It runs away due to noise of crackers. Mehul and his wife come to Premji’s house and say that their son, Anand was fascinated by the village shops so he is looking around a bit. Anandi goes around the shops clicking pictures. He sees puppy on the road and thinks to keep it aside safely. Both Anandi and Anand reach the puppy together but a car is moving towards them. Anand tactfully pulls Anandi aside and keeps her safe along with puppy. Later villagers help them to get up. They introduce each other and become friends. The episode ends.
