The episode starts with after few days Banni asking Vishnu to deliver kheer and food to Yuvan. Vishnu delivers food to Yuvan in his office. Yuvan feels happy and hugs the carriage. After a few more days, Yuvan takes Tulika to the hospital. He messages Banni that he take Tulika to the hospital for sonography and Tulika and the baby are fine in the check-up. Banni feels happy. Later Banni takes a selfie with Yuvan’s poster of his new album Tanhaye. She feels happy about his new album. After a few days, Charmi returns home with the baby. Yuvan imagines Banni is with him. Banni comes there with sweets. Yuvan goes inside seeing her. After a few days, Yuvan talks to media people about Tanhaye. Banni sees him without his knowledge but he spots her.

After a few more days, Devraj and others rush Tulika to the hospital. Tulika requests Devraj to save her child and doesn’t care about my life. Devraj says you both will be fine so dint worry and Yuvan will be here. Brinda says Yuvan may reach lately as he went to the concert. Yuvan calls Banni and asks her to be with Tulika until he comes and tells her that Tulika is having labor pains. Banni agrees and rushes to the hospital. Banni asks why the Delivery date is preponed. Brinda says it’s an emergency.

The doctor comes out. Banni asks Doctor if everything is ok. The doctor says the patient’s condition is critical and we can only save either mother or the child. He says only the husband, wife, or Banni has to decide as Banni is mentioned as Guardian. Viraj calls Yuvan and Alapana but their phones don’t get connected. The doctor says they have less time to decide. Banni asks him to save Tulika. Devraj calls Yuvan. Yuvan attends the call and gets to know about Tulika’s condition and in the tension, he gets into an accident. Some person gets injured. Alapana asks Yuvan to leave and she tries to manage the situation.

After some time Doctor comes out and informs family members that Tulika gained consciousness and she asked us to save her baby so we have to listen to her and she wants to talk to Banni before surgery. Banni goes to meet Tulika. Banni tells Tulika that she and the baby will be fine. Tulika says she knows her condition is critical. She asks Banni to promise her that she will take care of the baby behalf of her. Banni asks her to not talk in this way. Tulika insists to Banni that she won’t enter the operation theatre if she didn’t promise her. Banni promises her that she will raise the baby like her and make him get all the rights, love, and happiness. Tulika thanks her.

Yuvan reaches to hospital. The nurse doesn’t allow him inside. He requests her then she allows him to see from the waiting room. During the operation, Tulika shouts Kabir’s name. Kabir evokes. Kabir enters the operation theatre breaking the door after surgery. The nurse tries to stop him and he pushes him saying he is Kabir Singh Rathod husband of Tulika. He turns and gets shocked seeing Tulika dead and the nurse covering her with the sheet.

Precap – Banni asks Doctor how us Tulika. The doctor says they failed to save Tulika. Kabir decides to kill the baby and Banni. He says he will do justice. Banni overheard him and escape from the hospital with the baby. Kabir spots her.
