Episode starts with Kalindi telling Trilochan to fulfil his responsibilities towards her. Trilochan is about to leave but Anirudh stops him. He asks is it true what Thakuma is saying? Trilochan tells Kalindi what is all this? Why is she digging out past matters. Kalindi says he forgot after leaving her but that incident broke her into pieces and she couldn’t forget that her whole life. Kalindi says she wants to tell the truth, Trilochan shuts her saying he will tell everything. He says his marriage got fixed with Kalindi and when they came with Baraat his father got to know about Kalindi’s one step which is against society rules. So he cancelled the wedding.
Kalindi objects and says thats half truth, reality is she broke the rule but only to save Trilochan. He got stuck in a village for some work before their marriage and he fell sick there. No remedies were able to cure him so she met him and saved his life. That turned out to be her biggest crime and she had to suffer her whole life. She started living alone in a house and she was afraid to go out thinking what people will call her. No life partner came into her life. She started making remedies and took the responsibilities of the family members. Her real self died years ago.
Thakuma asks Bondita did she do anything wrong by saving her would be husband? But it was called crime that time. Thakuma sits devastated. Bondita and Anirudh are left shocked. Trilochan says he always thought that some particular rules are made for women and they should not break it or cross their boundaries. Trilochan says he obeyed his father’s decision as he thinks the same and he would have stopped Kalindi from saving his life if he had a scope.
He can’t tolerate a woman going against society norms. Kalindi says if Trilochan raised his voice against his father that day her life wouldn’t have been destroyed. Bondita supports Kalindi and tells Trilochan how can he call Thakuma wrong, as she was only worried for him. Bondita says I also broke many rules for Anirudh but that doesn’t mean you will throw me out too. Kalinidi says these Janeendars won’t understand. Only women are being blamed for men’s fault. Bondita says Kalindi was never wrong, those people were wrong who didn’t support Kalindi that time. Anirudh says Bondita is right, Trilochan should apologise to Kalindi.
Trilochan refuses to do it saying he is feeling insulted today like how he felt on his wedding day. Bondita says Kalindi won’t feel bad anymore. She is with her being a woman. Bondita says she won’t stay in a house where women don’t get respect. Bondita leaves with Thakuma. Vihari tells Anirudh to stop Bondita but latter says he won’t stop her as Trilochan is wrong this time, not Thakuma. Trilochan has to apologise to Thakuma. He won’t tolerate any woman’s insult.
Bondita asks Sumati if she had idea about Thakuma and Trilochan’s reality. Sumati says no. Bondita says Kalindi has suffered a lot all these years and she didn’t reveal her pain for Bondita’s good only. Tapur informs Bondita that Kalindi is not opening the door. Everyone goes to stop Kalindi and knocks on the door. She tries to hang herself. Bondita sneaks into the room somehow and stops her. She pleads before her to not take such step. Kalindi says today again Trilochan insulted her. He proved women weak again.
Bondita says she is their strength, she can’t be weak. Thakuma says Bondita is showing fake concern only, if Anirudh calls her she will go back to him again. Bondita says she won’t forget what happened to Thakuma. She can’t forget Thakuma’s sacrifice and how she cured Sumati. Bondita adds she won’t go back to Anirudh until Kalindi gets justice. Kalindi gets happy hearing her. Bondita promises the latter.
