Episode starts with Anirudh nullifying his marriage with Bondita. He says they are not husband wife anymore. He declares it illegal. Anirudh says but Bondita’s consent is needed in this matter. Bondita should decide it as well whether she will reaffirm his decision or not. She is girl and she sacrificed a lot after leaving her maternal home, its her right to take decision.
Anirudh tells Bondita to decide. Trilochan expects Bondita wont break the marriage. Sampurna thinks Bondita can flop her plan. Panch says though they didnt give right to a woman to decide anything but today Bondita will tell what she wants. Anirudh asks Bondita she doesn’t need to feel scared, she can talk freely. Trilochan says Bondita is quiet means she wants to stay with Anirudh. Binoy supports Trilochan saying Bondita won’t sacrifice her marriage to bring changes in society.
Anirudh says he wants to hear the same thing from Bondita. Bondita replies she promised Anirudh she won’t question Anirudh’s decision. Bondita reaffirms his decision and resolves to follow her husband’s lead. Bondita says if child marriage is illegal then she is ready to break it. Bondita says from now on they are not husband and wife anymore. Sampurna smirks. Panch accepts Bondita and Anirudh’s decision.
One of them says what about the marriage rituals and pheras they took. He says Anirudh and Bondita will have to take reverse pheras. Anirudh gets surprised. Sampurna’s informer tells they will do what they want else the marriage won’t be called illegal. Anirudh and Bondita take reverse pheras in front of everyone. Bondita and Anirudh recall their wedding day. Panch says Anirudh and Bondita are now free from all duties. Bondita wipes her tears. Panch says Anirudh won’t take responsibility of Bondita anymore.
Anirudh shouts he will fulfil his duties towards Bondita. Bondita will stay in the haweli only. He will take care of her. Noone can stop him from doing so. Sampurna’s informer says how’s it possible? If they broke their marriage how can they stay together. They say Anirudh has no right on Bondita anymore. Anirudh says yes there’s nothing between me and Bondita but we both are connected to each other by heart. I’ll take Bondita’s responsiblity no matter what.
Bondita was about to hold Anirudh’s hand but informer shouts that they can’t go against society rules. Society will punish Bondita and can even kill her. Anirudh is man and he’ll escape but Bondita can’t escape. Bondita holds Anirudh’s hand. She says for stopping one malpractice she shouldn’t be blamed. She has done nothing wrong. Society can’t do injustice to her.
Bondita says she won’t leave Anirudh’s side, she knows whenever she will be in danger Anirudh will protect her. Their relationship is beyond any ritual or custom. Panch gets shocked. Anirudh smiles at Bondita. Bondita smiles back. She says she will stay with Anirudh only. Sampurna gets shocked.
