The episode starts with Jai having an alcohol while recalling Aradhana’s promise not to hide anything from each other. He also recalls Aradhana’s confession to Reyansh. Neeta arrives there. She pleads with Jai not to harm himself for Aradhana. Jai says if Neeta is worried about his and Aradhana’s marriage, life is at stake. Neeta says that she is worried about him becoming an alcoholic for Aradhana. She also tells Jai that Aradhana married him only to stay away from Reyansh, who isn’t a trustworthy person.
There, Aradhana says to Reyansh that she has moved on in her life. She is focusing her on her married life, so she asks him not to trouble her anymore. Meanwhile, Neeta tells Jai that she made a mistake by joining her hands with Reyansh as she didn’t realise that Reyansh would never go against Aradhana. She further says that Aradhana will never move on in her life, but she accepted their relationship only because she thought Aradhana won’t never hurt him. She also tells Jai about what true love is, and she says that he won’t get love from Aradhana. Jai breaks his photo frame of him and Aradhana.
In the office, Reyansh advises Aradhana to return back to him as her marriage with Jai won’t work out. Aradhana firmly refuses. Jai, Reyansh, and Aradhana look sad. Meanwhile, Neeta advises Jai to end his marriage with Aradhana. Baani arrives there. Neeta requests Baani to advise Jai not to ruin his life for Aradhana. She then leaves the place. Baani questions Jai for destroying his life for Aradhana. Jai advises Baani to move on in her life as he is aware of her feelings for him. Baani and Jai have a conversation about first love, and it’s not possible for a person to forget it. Baani also confesses her love for Jai. Just then, Aradhana arrives and hears it. She gets sad. Both Baani and Jai lie to Aradhana. Baani then requests Aradhana to advise Jai not to ruin his life and then leave.
Jai and Aradhana have a conversation about marriage and love. Jai distracts Aradhana and then leaves with the alcohol bottle. Aradhana gets upset that Jai is lying to her. The next day, Reyansh shares with his team that their next project about banned medicine is in circulation by another name. They have to find out who is behind all this. He then notices Aradhana isn’t in the meeting, so he decides to speak with Aradhana not to ruin her career for Jai.
Here, Aradhana receives a call from Reyansh, which Neeta notices it so she taunts Aradhana. Aradhana shares with her family about her decision to resign her job, but she also informs them about her contract, which can land them in trouble. She also refuses to let Baani speak with Reyansh about it. Baani calls Reyansh, then puts up an act and goes inside, which leads to a huge argument between Jai and Aradhana. Reyansh gets furious by Jai’s outburst towards Aradhana. Harsh gets upset hearing Jai-Aradhana’s argument, but Neeta enjoys it. Reyansh reaches Aradhana’s house. Both Harsh and Reyansh get into a heated argument. Reyansh insults Harsh and Jai, so Aradhana informs him of her decision to resign from her job. She also slaps Reyansh in front of everyone.
Precap: Reyansh refuses to accept Aradhana’s resignation, but Aradhana remains stubborn in her decision. Bhakti finds the banned medicine. Both Akash and Varun alerts Neeta. Bhakti meets with an accident.
