The episode starts with Reyansh seeing Aradhana from his car while a guy threatens Aradhana by demanding her to give him the parcel. Reyansh fights with the guy, but he fails, so both Reyansh and Aradhana are held at Gun Point by the guy. Aradhana promises to return the parcel to the guy. But Reyansh uses the opportunity to save himself and Aradhana. He attacks the guy. The guy runs away from there.
Reyansh says to Aradhana that Jai is involved in a medicine scam. He also encourages her to open the box, claiming it has illegal medicines in it to prove his allegations against Jai. Aradhana opens the box. Both Reyansh and Aradhana get shocked to see if the box is filled with bangles. Aradhana scolds Reyansh for his accusations against Jai to break her relationship with Jai. Reyansh wonders how the medicine got exchanged. It is shown that Neeta fooled Aradhana by advising her to exchange her clothes, and then Neeta used this opportunity to exchange the illegal medicine in place of bangles.
Reyansh tells Aradhana that the latter has to trust him, saying that he knows Jai must be in a hotel with Baani. Aradhana refuses to believe Reyansh, but Reyansh drags her with him to the hotel. Reyansh and Aradhana reach the hotel. Aradhana gets shocked seeing Jai and Baani together in a room. Jai apologises to Aradhana for whatever happened. Aradhana gets hurt and upset, so she leaves the place.
Later, Jai meets Aradhana. Aradhana questions him for betraying her in such a way. Jai apologises to Aradhana, saying that no matter what, they can’t able to move on from their first love, so he advises Aradhana to move on in her life with her first love. Aradhana shares her disappointment towards Jai. She also reminds him of the sacrifices that she made for him and his family. Jai regrets agreeing to marry Aradhana. Aradhana leaves the place with a broken heart. Reyansh sees everything from far away.
After some time, Aradhana is seen walking on the road. Reyansh goes to her. He advises Aradhana to accept the truth that Jai doesn’t deserve her. He also says to her that her true love is him, so she has to accept him by moving on in her life. Aradhana hugs Reyansh. She asks him why he betrayed her by addressing him as Jai. Reyansh gets shocked and upset. He pulls Aradhana away from him, and he shouts at her. Aradhana puts all the blame on Reyansh for whatever is happening in her marriage life. Reyansh puts all the blame on Jai saying the latter is involved in medicine scam also Jai is the reason for Bhakti’s accident. Aradhana lashes out at him.
Jai comes to meet Aradhana. He requests her to go with him inside as he has to tell her something, but Aradhana refuses. Jai notices Aradhana is about to harm herself, which she is unaware of, so he pulls her towards him. He shouts at her. Reyansh hits Jai for badmouthing about him and Aradhana. Society people passes comments against all three of them, which upsets Aradhana. Aradhana goes inside. Reyansh goes to a police station with Vikram, where the inspector informs him that Bhakti’s accident is caused by Jai’s car, which shocks Vikram. Reyansh gets determined to prove his allegations against Jai.
Precap: Jai firmly tells Aradhana about his decision to move on in his life with Baani. Later, Aradhana lashes out at Reyansh for his attempt to prove Jai is the one who caused Bhakti’s accident.
