The episode starts with Reyansh warning Aradhana not to accuse him unnecessarily and then gives the letter to her. Aradhana refuses to believe Reyansh’s words and accuses him of reading her letter. Reyansh tears the letter into pieces and then swallows it. He then tells that Aradhana’s secret will always be in his stomach. Aradhana mocks Reyansh not to try to impress her by acting this way in front of her as she had already paid her price of trusting him so she won’t make the same mistake again then leaves. Reyansh thinks himself that Aradhana will never love him, and it’s his punishment.
There, Kimaya gets happy reminiscing Reyansh’s conversation with her. Malini arrives there and expresses her love for Kimaya. She also talks about how people go through heartbreak always, but when they have another chance, they then advise Kimaya to fill her heart full of love. Kimaya inquires Malini about her heartbreak, but the latter says her heart is filled with full of love by their daughters and then leaves from there. She then goes to a storeroom where she goes through her first born’s things and misses her a lot. She expresses her agony and then hopes that her firstborn is safe and living her life as she wants to be. Viren arrives and informs Malini about her friend waiting outside so Malini puts the things inside the box but fails to notice the fallen photograph of her and leaves from there.
Aradhana wonders the reason behind her lack of trust in Reyansh, though the latter only helped to protect her secret. Reyansh thinks himself that he wishes that he could make Aradhana trust him, but he understands Aradhana’s defensive behaviour. Aradhana says to herself that she doesn’t want love to win in her life as she already paid her prices, but Reyansh hopes that Aradhana will forgive him soon.
The next day, the Khanna had breakfast together. Malini teases her daughter’s interest towards men. Kiki shares with her family about her interest towards Jai. Koko mocks Kiki. Malini calls Neeta and asks the latter to inform her whether her son Jai is interested to date a girl from India over the phone call. Kiki says to her family members that her and Jai don’t get along. Malini encourages her to find a way. Kiki agrees.
In the office, Aradhana argues with Reyansh for the work he has assigned for her and also refuses to acknowledge Reyansh as her boss. Instead, she addresses Jai as her boss. Jai speaks in favour of Reyansh’s decision and makes Aradhana work in the given task. Reyansh taunts Aradhana by praising Kimaya. Kimaya gets happy. Aradhana taunts Reyansh by praising Jai. Jai thinks that Reyansh is here to impress Kimaya, so he tells Reyansh that his plan is working but didn’t take her name. Reyansh gets confused.
Viren suggests Jai to be their boss, but Jai refuses, saying Vikram’s (Reyansh) ego might get hurt in a joking way. Aradhana hears Reyansh’s wish to get back her in his life, so she takes Reyansh to aside and asks him to return to Delhi as she never goes to love him again and then leaves Vikram pleads with Reyansh to give some time to Aradhana and suggests that Reyansh they should return to Delhi, but Reyansh refuses also tells that Aradhana belongs to him only and looks on with determination.
Precap: Reyansh and Aradhana share a moment together while having food. Later, Reyansh finds Aradhana’s childhood photo in the Khanna mansion and wonders whose photo it is.
