The episode starts with Neeta shouting at a girl for not following her instructions to arrive at home in a nurse clothes to play the nurse role. She then sends the girl inside, asking her to change into a nurse’s clothes, which she keeps inside the room so the girl goes inside. Neeta shares with both Akash and Varun that her plan to hire a fake nurse is to prevent Bhakti’s recovery so that Bhakti won’t expose them. Bianca arrives there. Neeta instructs her to follow everything that’s written in it. Bianca obliges.
Neeta takes Bianca inside. She instructs her to inject a particular medicine two times a day to Bhakti. Bianca obliges, but Jakruti arrives there before Bianca can inject Bhakti. Jakruti demands Bianca to leave the house, saying both herself and Aradhana are enough to take good care of Bhakti after Neeta lies to her that Jai hired Bianca to take care of Bhakti. Neeta manipulates Jakruti to keep Bianca by telling her a fake story of Bianca’s financial state. Jakruti decides not to trouble anyone as it’s her birthday, so she asks Bianca to stay until Aradhana decides whether she has to be here or not. She then leaves, which relieves Neeta.
Later, Aradhana returns home with Jakruti’s favorite cake. She expresses her guilt for not making Jakruti feel special by dwelling on her own sadness to Pooja. Pooja assures Aradhana. She then inquires with Aradhana about her emotional well-being after whatever happened. Aradhana tells Pooja about her decision to focus on herself here after, and then she goes inside to get ready for the birthday party of Jakruti. Pooja informs Vikram that Aradhana has arrived home.
Aradhana finds a saree. She feels either Jakruti or Pooja must’ve bought it for her, so she takes it with her to get ready. Pooja arrives there. She advises Aradhana to move on in her life with Reyansh. She then receives a call so she leaves the place. Aradhana comes out. She gets shocked and surprised seeing the decorations. Just then, Reyansh arrives there with Aradhana’s favorite food. Aradhana questions Reyansh. Reyansh tells her that he is here to be part of Jakruti’s birthday party as Jakruti invited him. Aradhana gets convinced. Reyansh tries to flirt with her. Aradhana realises Reyansh is the one who bought the saree for her, so she decides to change it, but Reyansh stops her. He then convinces her to consider this as their friendship gift. He also convinces her to have food. Aradhana goes inside to bring food.
Reyansh decides to wait for some more time to propose to Aradhana as the latter seems upset. Aradhana receives a message, so she goes inside. Vikram and Pooja call Reyansh, and they inquire with him about his proposal. Aradhana arrives there. Her phone drops, so she blames Reyansh, which Vikram and Pooja hears it from the other side. They both decide to stop Reyansh and Aradhana’s fight before it goes out of hand. Here, Reyansh taunts Aradhana for trusting Jai. Aradhana shouts at Reyansh for betraying her trust.
Precap: Aradhana informs Pooja that it’s Reyansh who tries to kill Bhakti. Meanwhile, Baani demands a drunken Jai to leave her place. Later, Neeta tells Baani that whatever they’re doing is for Jai’s well-being. They both do a handshake with a smirk.
