The episode starts with Avani saying to Kanha that everything going well in their life. He solved all the problems in a day. Shikhar asks her to give the documents to him. She is shocked to see he booked plot no 45. Shikhar says that he is getting late. He snatched the forms from her hand and leaves. Avani is disappointed with his decision. Avani says to Kanha that she thought he asked her to choose plot no 44 but Shikhar is going to book 45. She asks Kanha to answer her. She comes to know that Kanha also thinking like her. Shikhar meets the real estate broker. He refuses to take plot no 44 reasoning the tree is there. The broker informs him that 20 lakhs is discount is there for that plot. Plot no 45 is expensive but there is no use in that plot. He will only get one service road there. Shikhar calls Avani and informs her that he booked plot no 44 for her wish. He is the best husband. Avani gets happy and ask him to share this good news with his parents. He says that he will share it with them. Avani thanked Kanha for everything. She calls Jaiswal and thanked him for signed the deal with Shikhar. He says that she helped his niece at the right time. Avani says that he changed her whole life with this deal.
