Episode starts with Siddhi crying. She says why its happening with her without any fault of hers. She recalls Ishvar can’t take stress. She thinks she has to hide her issues from her father.
Siddhi calls Malini asks about Ishvar’s health. Siddhi says she is coming to meet Ishvar with food.. Mangal comes and tells she respects Siddhi’s decision as noone can stay in a marriage where the husband and wife don’t love each other. It’s nothing but a burden. Siddhi gets upset. Mangal says Siddhi can return back to her maternal home directly after meeting her father. Mangal asks about Shiva. Siddhi says he is not back yet.
Mangal blames Siddhi for Shiva’s disappearance. She says Siddhi should not trouble Shiva anymore. Siddhi says I know you will be the happiest after I leave the house but currently I can’t leave because of the situation and my father’s health. Mangal gets angry and says she can throw Siddhi out if she doesn’t leave.
Siddhi reaches hospital. She asks Malini where is Ishvar? Malini says Shiva shifted Ishvar to VIP room and arranged bed for her too. Siddhi thinks Malini is talking about Sagar. Malini reveals she is talking about Shiva and earlier they misunderstood him but he is really a nice person. Siddhi opens the door and gets angry after finding Shiva by Ishvar’s side.
Shiva stares at her. She is about to leave but Ishvar stops her. He says Shiva has done so much for him, he stayed awake whole night and arranged food for them as well. He made him laugh with his hilarious jokes. How will he be able to return his favor? Ishvar adds Shiva has fulfilled the duties of a son. Shiva tells Ishvar not to thank him as he is like his son. He leaves to meet the doctor. He informs Siddhi that Ishvar will get discharged today. Ishvar says Siddhi is very lucky to have Shiva.
Siddhi stops Shiva and asks why is he doing all these? If its for party’s sake then he won’t use her parents for Akka Bai’s so called image. Siddhi says its her duty to take care of her parents and Shiva can’t play with their emotions. Shiva says he would have done the same for someone else’s father. It’s not that he only helped Ishvar.
Shiva meets Sagar and the latter apologises to Shiva once again for leaking the video. Sagar again brings the topic of the land which his aunt snatched forcefully. Sagar says Ishvar took lot of stress because of that lady who misbehaved with him yesterday. Ishvar fell sick because of her. Shiva says he also met her and saw how rude that lady is. Shiva decides to meet that lady to end the matter once and for all. Bhave calls Shiva for Akka Bai’s work.
Siddhi talks to Malini. Malini says they were unaware of Shiva’s kind nature. He showed concern towards Ishvar more than Sagar. He even paid the hospital bill. They finally got to know how Shiva is. Siddhi recalls her argument with Shiva and thinks wish she could show Shiva’s real face to her parents.
Shiva touches Akka Bai’s feet. Akka Bai sees her poster. She tells Bhave to spread her posters. She also gives responsiblity to Shiva. Later she tells Shiva to bring Siddhi for performing a puja to show off. Shiva asks whats the need. Akka Bai says in politics to get people’s support these things are necessary. People should know because of Akka Bai Siddhi and Shiva are living a happy life. Shiva agrees and thinks Akka Bai doesn’t know what kind of relation he has with Siddhi. They only hate each other.
Ishvar returns home. He shares his worries with Siddhi. Ishvar says he doesn’t know what Sagar is doing nowadays. He is going in wrong direction and he didn’t even come to the hospital when he knew Ishvar will get discharged today. Malini says Sagar might be busy in some work, he is with Shiva. Ishvar feels relaxed and says he trusts Shiva, he will manage everything. Siddhi thinks her parents trust Shiva blindly, how will they react when they will about Shiva’s truth.
