Episode starts with Siddhi talking to Ishvar. Ishvar asks is anything wrong? Siddhi denies saying she is fine. Ishvar says if Siddhi needs help she can contact him. Siddhi talks to Sonal saying she told Shiva. He will bring another tutor for her. Sonal says she only wants Siddhi to teach her. Sonal says Siddhi can teach her secretly without Mangal’s knowledge. Siddhi says study is not a crime, we should not hide this. Siddhi tells Sonal not to cry and Sonal leaves for college.
Shiva comes and Siddhi tells him that her University exam date is near. Shiva says then Siddhi needs to focus on her studies only. If she needs anything he will give her. Siddhi tells about her one male classmate who is well educated and good teacher also. He can tutor Sonal. Shiva refuses to hire any male teacher for Sonal. Siddhi gets surprised saying why it matters to you? Shiva doesnt explain anything. Siddhi gets irked.
Siddhi and Vijaya serve food for everyone. Mangal asks Vijaya who made the rotis. Vijaya says its made by Siddhi. Mangal refuses to eat and leaves dining table. Shiva gets to know that and takes some rotis.
Mangal tells Vilas to order something as she is feeling hungry. Vilas tells her to eat homemade food as Vijaya made rest of the dishes. Siddhi made only rotis. Shiva comes to Mangal’s room eating the rotis. He says mothers wait for long for their daughter in laws to enter so that mothers can transfer their workload to them.
Mangal has the opportunity but not using it. Shiva says Vijaya made tasty dishes, why to control hunger thinking about who made the food. Mangal thinks Shiva is also taking Siddhi’s side nowadays. Vilas makes Mangal understand that she can give her work pressure to Siddhi and can relax. Mangal finally agrees and goes back to have food.
Shiva says his job is done. Now it depends on Mangal she will have food or not. Mangal starts eating with Vilas which surprises Siddhi and Vijaya. Siddhi thinks for the first time Shiva has done something good. She gets happy. Mangal tells when Vijaya entered this house after marriage she freed Mangal from all duties. Now Siddhi should also take all the responsibilities so that Vijaya takes some rest. Vijaya objects to Mangal’s idea saying Siddhi doesn’t have full knowledge about kitchen. Mangal says like how Vijaya managed everything Siddhi will also manage everything.
Mangal tells Vijaya to accompany her. Mangal tells Shiva you meant it right? It’s time for our retirement and Siddhi should handle the household chores. Shiva gets shocked. Mangal smirks and thinks now Siddhi can’t even pass in her exams, she won’t get enough time to study.
Shiva tries to explain Siddhi he didnt mean that. He was convincing Mangal but she took it all wrong. Siddhi says she will manage it, he doesn’t need to worry for her. Siddhi says today only she shared about her exam date with Shiva but he ruined everything, she got stuck in another problem. Shiva says how will she manage everything? He is about to talk to Mangal regarding Siddhi’s study but Siddhi says you don’t need to do anything. I just have to cook, I will handle cooking and studying both.
Mangal fires the maid of the house. She acts like maid herself left the job. Mangal starts her acting saying she has to do all the work now. Siddhi takes the broom from Mangal saying she will manage everything. Mangal gets happy and tells her to finish all the work in the house. Shiva gets to know about that and comes with another broom. Mangal asks him why is he holding broom. Shiva reveals he will finish all the household chores not Siddhi. Mangal gets shocked.
