The episode starts with Bela entering the mental hospital since Patali and Ranav made it look like Bela has lost her mind. Bela is taken to the mental hospital in hospital clothes for her health checkup. As Bela is left alone among the other patients of the hospital, they attack Bela, losing control. One of the patients was almost about to stab Bela with a pen when she was brought under control by injecting some medicine. Bela is in utter shock and despair. She sits alone in the hospital bed and recalls the moments that she had spent with Ranav and all his words that he said to her. She stays there quiet and numb and thinks about Ranav. She couldn’t believe all this happening to her. The other patients of the hospital keep on disturbing her like lunatics but she doesn’t do anything to them. Bela and the other patients are served food with others at the hospital. One of the patients drops her food when Bela helps her. Bela’s doctor tells Patali that he is totally sure that Bela’s mental health is totally fine and she shouldn’t be kept here. He tells Patali that he isn’t finding it right to keep Bela over here and is feeling quite uncomfortable. Patali bribes him 50k rupees and buys the doctor. Patali tells the doctor that he must remember that Bela has lost her mind and if it is not the case, he must give him shock and make her a lunatic. Nurse Shushma overhears all of their conversation from outside the doctor’s cabin. Bela sees Ranav and Patali outside the hospital and cries. Suddenly the doctor arrives with the ward boys and holds her. The ward boys take away Bela forcefully.
Patali tells Ranav that the doctor has said that Bela is not out of mind so she has asked the doctor to make her a lunatic. The nurses take Bela to the shock room and tie her to the shock chair. The doctor tells her that she would remain in this hospital forever now and she would be treated now. When Bela was almost about to be given a shock by the doctor, when Dr. Ujjwal arrives and tells the other doctor that Bela is now his patient and duty and asks him to leave immediately. Bela thanks Dr.Ujjwal. Ujjwal says to Bela that it was very necessary to save Bela or else her baby would have been killed. Bela is informed by the doctor that she is pregnant. Bela tells the doctor that if her family members get to know about Bela’s pregnancy then something bad would happen to him for sure. Sushma asks the doctor that they must help Bela and help her out of the hospital.
Shushma puts Bela in a streature and takes her out of the hospital somehow. The other doctor was about to catch Bela but the nurse somehow saved her. When Sushma leaves from the cottage where Bela is taken, the doctor tries to enforce himself on Bela and take her advantage. He pushes Dr.Ujjwal and runs away from there. She hits a rock and trips . Dr.Ujjwal comes close to Bela and tries to force him. Bela picks up a rock and throws it at him. The doctor raises a huge rock and kills Bela with it. He makes a plan and arranges another dead body along with Bela and fires the cottage to camouflage the situation. Patali gets the news of Bela and the doctor both being dead.
Bela is in pain and screams out of pain. She has a fever. The local doctor arrives and says that her condition is very bad. Bela has been under the old woman’s care for the past eight months. The past story is shown when it appears that the old lady had saved Bela from Dr. Ujjwal by killing him. The local doctor tells the old woman that Bela needs to be taken to the hospital since her baby has turned around in her womb.
On the other side, Ranav works on some documents while Nayra comes and helps him with his work. Ranav thanks Nayra for helping him and being with her. Yamini is tired of sitting at home so Yudith suggests that they go hunting. While Bela is being taken to the hospital by the locals through the jungle, Yamini and her sons reach the same jungle for hunting. They catch one of the women who screams in fear. The other women try to hide Bela in the woods from the Rakshasa. The doctor tells the others the story of Rakshas and Pari and that they kill everyone. Bela screams in pain while the doctor asks her to try to keep shut or else the Rakshas would arrive and kill all of them. Bela is in utter pain so the doctor decides to give birth to her baby then and there. Bela sees Ranav biting and sucking blood from Yamini’s hunt and leaves. Bela cries in pain and gives birth to a baby who doesn’t cry. Bela takes the baby in her womb and asks the baby to cry but the doctor tells her that the baby is born dead. The episode ends.
